Bought a car here last week, engine blew up. The oil was damn near a black mirror. 13,000 dollars later and I have a scrap car. Thank you carhop. I really appreciate getting scammed out of my money. As well as the fact you guys still want me to pay a car payment.

It was amazing and they were very helpful. A couple issues with my vehicle but they have ordered the parts. And I am loving my new sorento. Thank you Christina for working so hard with the lenders to get me into something big enough for my family.

I took a friend there to purchase a car. We came from quite a distance and when we got there, they couldn't find the keys and the car wasn't ready. We waited for over two hours and then called it a day. It just seemed to me the staff didn't try very hard to remedy the problem. My friend had to go back another day to pick up the car. Was not impressed.

These people are great! Even with bad credit, Paul jumped through hoops to make sure we left with a new car. Fantastic people doing an even better job!

When we asked for Tacoma car hop to replace our transmission we found out they replaced it with a used transmission which broke down on us in Nebraska on our way moving to Kentucky and we're still stuck paying it off. Another part went bad at the same time which is pretty bad when we kept up with all maintenance work on schedule. Can't wait until this car is paid off because we will sell it fast and get rid of it and will not get another one.

After being told I had to buy a vehicle at a higher price than I wanted to spend to qualify at another dealer, I went into Carhop and talked to the GM, Ashlee...we had an honest conversation about my situation and she got me qualified for the car I wanted. Great job!

We worked with Ashlee and were able to leave the same day with a decent car with payments we were able to work with. She was super nice and the whole appointment was went quick compared to the other dealerships we’ve been to that ended up rejecting us. I would definitely recommend coming here!!

This review isnt about the car i received but about the employees who work here. I worked with Ashlee this past month getting back into my car and she helped make everything easy and went above and beyond for me. Also the finance department has been working with me on my payments through covid which has been a blessing.

This was a really professional place that had a laid back environment. My representative Tamer was the ultimate in multitasking and had a nonjudgmental/ let's get it done attitude. She was honest , realistic and we created a contract that was obtainable. I also received an eighteen month warranty which is amazing for an used vehicle. CarHop is wise to hire reps like Tamee because she definitely an asset.

We had just purchased a vehicle from the Bremerton location and that initial contact was great but the following one far exceeded my expectations. Somewhere in setting up Auto payment the initial date we discussed for payroll deduction changed and it said we missed our 1st payment and needed to contact Bremerton. The associate working that morning worked out a re-write with her manager and in all our notes, they seen where things could have changed. But ultimately, things worked out great. We are now back on track and our Kia Sedona is perfect for us

I have been shot down for car loans, financing, due to a repossession, I didn’t have high hopes, was thinking a possibility of having to put down a large down payment. But I was able to get into a car within an hour or so, and was surprised that I didn’t have to put a lot down either! Would recommend! They were very helpful and friendly!

I would recommend the Bremerton location to all my friends and family! The people are fun and friendly. I've bought cars from other places and the people at car hop don't bully or push you into anything. They work hard and make sure we walked away happy! I would buy from them again!!

I expected to leave with helpful tips to improve my credit. I left with a car. So amazed :) ***5 YEARS LATER*** I was just able to pay off my 2007 Mazda, the second car I financed through CarHop. I am so satisfied; when I walked in, years ago, I had a job as an in-home caregiver in Kitsap County. I needed a car, but I had trashed my credit as a kid and never seemed to get ahead of that. I was so happy to be accepted at CarHop. With just $100 and a credit check, I drove off in a 2004 chevy Malibu that I put through hell in the back woods of eastern Washington before swapping it for the Mazda. JUst like the first time, I left with a significant step up in my drving game, and within about two hours of showing up. I also did my best to wear out the local Carhop staff. My kind of work can be feast or famine, and more than once they got real creative in the finance department helping me by reducing payments when it got really tight. If any of you who read this have the chance to work with Allison at the Bremerton branch, you have it made. She was so friendly from day one and so helpful. More than once I thought I would have to turn in my keys because I thought there was no way I could keep it going and she always found a way. She understands it's not just the car, it's the loan and the life behind it getting better and she kept me in the game. SO thankful. ALSO THANKS Everyone who ever answered the phones. I never had a bad experience.

Carhop is absolutely incredible! Now let's start with the fact that I just loved here from another state. I have only been with my current employer a couple of months, didnt have anything saved up for a new vehicle yet and was hoping and praying to squeeze a couple more months out of my almost 30 year old jalopy. Well my car broke down and I couldnt afford to fix it. I applied online for a car with carhop and the next day Ryan called me and got me in immediately for an appointment. I went in not expecting to be approved because I have no real history here but she got me approved for a nice 2007 vehicle. No down payment and reasonable monthly payments! She was sooo helpful and was running the whole shop alone! I saw atleast 2 other customers all being helped with a heavenly attitude and the absolute best customer service I've ever seen! She wasnt there to sell cars, she is there to help people who need it. That's what Carhop has shown. As a business they're very organized and cover any questions or concerns you could come up with. They have really nice cars and will be 100% honest with you about any of them. Efficient, hardworking and genuine people here! I will be recommending them to anyone I know that is in need of a new preowned vehicle! Thank yall so much!

Went in to look at a car, test drove and everything, got pre-approved for a loan for it. After sitting in the dealership for 4 hours, they told us the loan was denied. We were bummed, but didn't give up. Went back, they had no desire to work with us, acted annoyed while we were there, and didn't want to work with a $3000 dollar payment, and essentially told us that there was no point in trying for the car in question, while also never offering to show us vehicles we could get

Okay, I am writing this review as one of previous biggest naysayers for car hop. I had purchased my first car back in 2011 and had an issue that persisted and I had to argue to get fixed. I held a grudge longer than necessary for it. In the end they did end up doing what was right and fixing my vehicle. I was also young and dumber than I am now. Fast forward several years to 2020 I was in a situation where other dealerships wouldn't approve me due to some poor decisions made by me earlier on. But its fine it is business and that is how it goes. So I decided to give car hop another shot. I went in knowing the two vehicles on the lot I was specifically interested in. Sadly with no down payment they turned out not to be an option but they did offer me a very viable alternate option. I ended up with a 2007 Mazda 6 that upon test driving I did find an issue and alerted them prior to signing any papers. They offered to have it fixed for me at no cost to me and were able to get me out the door with no down payment as well. Part of the initial issue I had was the staff from when I first purchased. But they are leagues ahead of what they were before. The staff was helpful and friendly in ensuring I got something that worked for me and would be happy with.

Ashely and Ryan are so amazing . They got me in and out with a car and no down payment in a very timely manner. We laughed, we discussed cars and deals and they waited patiently while I thought for a while about the car I would leave with. I'm happy with my service and this is the second car I've gotten there them 🤗

I had a great experience. I honestly came in thinking that I still wouldn’t be able to get one because of credit issues but I got a great car. I’m very happy with the car as well.

Worst dealership I have ever used.. the first car I got from them seemed fine I told them about some shaking I felt in the test drive they told me it was normal I think bought it and broke down in 3 days at that point they gave me another one it has transmission problems and I don’t even like the car but I’m stuck with it and the crazy prices.. worst experience at a car dealership ever!!!

My husband and I have been with CarHop for 2 years, and we just bought another car from them. There was a problem with our February payment, and it caused a lot of issues with our checking account. Even though we live in Pennsylvania, after several transfers, I ended up talking with Allison S. Allison stayed in contact with me, almost daily, either by email or phone. It took a few weeks to completely resolve this issue, and none of it would have been possible without Allison's help and persistence. In our 2 years with CarHop, this is the only problem we've had, and I'm so thankful that we had Allison's support.
