Absolutely horrible. Every month I get an email saying the payment failed, but when I try and login to my account to make a payment my account "does not exist" and no one is able to help me. A day later I magicly get an email with a new amount oweing for the month with- surprise surprise a NSF fee. This is the only company I have ever dealt with that is so incompetent they can't even put a charge through a credit card properly, and the few times I manage to talk to a person I can't undera word they say due to extremely poor English.

Worst financing company ever. All they do is take your money whenever and how ever much they want. When you attempt to call them they don't answer. They are thieves!!! The businesses that use this company as their financing option should STOP using them because it's going to be a very negative reflection on these businesses. They don't take the monthly amounts that is agreed they double and sometimes triple charge cards monthly and they also debit random $20 and $25 charges for no reason. They just help themselves to accounts like its theirs for the taking.

Do not hold confidence in this company, as they will hold your money from you without authorization. This company only has interest in the money in your pocket and does not actually get the business of helping people find better payment options for their healthcare. I paid off my bill and ended up with a positive balance that they refuse to refund. I have contacted them multiple times and reported them to the BBB to get MY money back and they still chose to hold it. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I allowed a family member to make what I thought was a 1 time payment for their Smile Direct aligners. Turns out if you put a card in their system it is setup on autopay. They have been drafting my account every since monthly. I realized it today and called with my family member to have them to remove my card. They refused to because my family member didn't have a valid card to replace it with. How are you going to force me to pay someone else's account? My next move is to file a complaint with the CFPB.

These jokers service my Smile Direct Club payments. Despite having the correct payment info on file, they tried to charge an expired payment and then sent me late payment notifications. When I called to complain they immediately admitted the mistake and fixed the issue. This is not the first time they failed to charge my account properly. It is complete amateur hour over there.

Just to say that I did get the aligners and the thing does really work only thing is that I had a two on the bottom there was a little longer than the rest and getting a lot of the rest of my teeth on the bottom to get straight but other than that everything is amazing this service is amazing I think they do a great job at what they do I can never go wrong if anybody needs a visil line you can always reach out to them and get yours started. Thank you again for helping me fix most of my teeth.

If I could give these people a 0 rating I would. They are actively robbing me each month charging more than 500 now past the amount owed and each month charging me more. I can’t seem to end this nightmare and have paid down to 25 dollars but somehow my balance is $150+ now. These people are criminal and will be reported to the better business bureau. Do not do business with them! And I do not recommend smile direct as they are associated with these criminals.

I enjoyed every moment of my progress with SmileDirectClub. I am a recently customer and the process have been great! So far so good!

Went to pay off the balance which went through fine. The following week I received an email that my account was past due with a balance remaining of $36 dollars. Call in and the person tells me i now have to pay $61 dollars because of a late fee… I pay the $61 dollars then am promised the account is paid in full. I then get a notice that I now need to pay $2.33 cents. This finance company is a joke and will not recommend to anyone or use again. They just keep sticking their hands in your pocket after it’s paid off.
