I have always had good service. The staff seems friendly and knowledgeable.

This bank, but especially Amber Webster, has been great to work with! She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. She made getting setup there a breeze and made me genuinely feel like she has my best interest in mind! I highly recommend using Strata. Everyone who has assisted me there has been great and it seems like they are using a more contemporary type of business model and it shows in how they operate and the in the attitudes of their employees.

I came into the Truxtun office and needed help with my debit card and account number. I was helped by the teller and she was so nice. She even went as far as asking her manager is it anything I could do about an outside problem I had. She smiled the whole time and was very helpful. She also help me get to the person that could help me further. I was then met by Amber Webster. She came out smiling and was very respectful. I know it’s part of her job but she just went beyond her title. She made me feel comfortable and confident while I was in her office. She walked me through the steps of everything she was doing. If I did not understand she went even further. I just felt like I was in the presence of a friend. We laugh and talked and got everything I wanted done. She even helped me refinance my car loan. Something I have been trying to do for over a year now through the bank I had my loan through. She told me yes when everybody else said no. She even talked to me about a house loan and everything they can do on their end and what I can do on mine. The crazy part is I didn’t even know she was the Boss. That’s how down to earth she was. I found that out as I was walking out. So I want to thank Ms Amber and her staff for everything. They are very welcoming people. I promise every customer that was in there today stop by to say hi or waved at Ms Amber. Keep up the good work Truxtun staff.

I have benefited from the exceptional and personalized services offered at Kern Federal/Strata Credit Union since early 2002. It was probably 10 or 12 years ago that I really took notice of this through the warm, efficient and confidential approach of Amber W (a teller at the time). Now a Branch Manager, she continues to be extremely resourceful and helpful to me. She ALWAYS go’s out if her way to accommodate and make sure I’m aware of special rates and products on offer. It is because of Amber that I have recommended numerous friends and family to the Credit Union. Her professionalism, knowledge and willingness to help is always packaged with a palatable personal ethic that I look up to.

I’ve been a member of KFCU/STRATA CU since 1968, 53 years to be exact. They have helped me in many ways throughout the years, from securing loans, to allowing overdraft protection accounts, to giving its members a Christmas present by allowing them to skip a payment in December, all kinds of things they do for their members. Why I’ve only had a Credit Union instead of a regular bank like BofA, Chase, Wells Fargo etc. It’s because I’m treated as a person and not a number! And this is important to me!

Can't get the app to take a payment. Had to go in to the branch to pay during height of the pandemic, as they are no longer taking payment over the phone (even though they were previously doing that due to the pandemic, so they said.) Had to pay by check because they were going to charge me $20 if I used my debit card. I've had an account here for about 20 years and have never been unhappy. Now I hate this entity. Fix your website. Give me better customer service. The teller I spoke with today lacked empathy. Showing concern about the health of your customers would be nice. Clearly you only care about taking my money. I'm disgusted.

I am very disappointed with the customer service this bank has to offer. For 19 years as of now, I have been doing business with this branch. Very rude and un-professional service the representatives have to offer. Friday was the 3rd time I have requested for someone to reach out to me regarding my account, and none have cared to reply. I hope the general manger is seeing this now. So, when times become better economically, I will be switching banks!

This is a good bank. I have been a member with Strata for a year now. The bank offers a lot of different accounts/services. There is free checking with an end of the month incentive, which I like. I'm still on the fence with the on-line banking. Sarahi is a very nice & professional teller. Every time I needed help with my account she has resolved the problem. I would recommend this bank.

Strata CU is great. I have all my accounts and loans with them. I have been a member of other local credit unions and none of them compare. Everyone working there is knowledgeable and kind. The tellers greet me by name and I never feel like I'm just a number. I would highly recommend Strata CU to my friends and family!!
