Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Truxtun Ave, Bakersfield

I’ve been to this bank multiple times and every single time the experience has been slow with only have two tellers available and even then they work extremely slow. The worst part is you can’t even say that they are new they’ve been here for years and they just have no speed to cashing a check or even just doing a simple transaction. When asking a higher level employee he replied with the fact that they always have plenty of tellers on hand and that we just caught them when they’re on lunch but that must be the longest lunch if they all are having it an hour before closing. To make a long story short I’ve gone here for years but ima change because it’s been far too long the way they take their time they must be running windows 95

This bank is a downtown bank that should service business customers. The service is terrible. There is always a line and the wait time is incredible. When asked why they dont have more tellers, they tell you they dont have enough business....you would have more business if people didnt have to reschedule their work day just to make a deposit.

Original post a year ago! Still the same problems today! This bank sucks...I wouldn't bank here if it was the last bank in town. Everytime I come I wait in line 20minutes no matter the time or the branch! Why have 15 windows with 2 employees at the beginning of the month!

I saw this Bank on the news when it was implicated in a corruption case with bakersfield police, sheriff's and bank executives selling drugs out of the evidence locker to drug cartels... good job! NOT! How are you still operating? Can somebody shut you down please? Thanks a bunch!

They keep you waiting in line for a long time. And even longer to see a banker this is ridiculous

Downtown bank of America workers are very good with helping and communicating in waiting room. Very friendly with homeless people and people with pets outside and inside. So easily when going to bank from court and police station. Good clean, rare time to see dirty.

This bank has the most ridiculous waiting time. Every time I come they only have 2 people for almost 20 standing in line. I had to stand for 40 minutes waiting for my turn. That's just not convenient in any way.

Tellers have merchants and business wait longer than people waiting in line. Tellers need to understand that merchants are on clock and needs to be prioritized.

Supposed to be the model location in Bakersfield and currently is the worst location I've ever been in. The chip which was a huge push by BOFA is unused at this location, the staff, starting with the manager, have a figure it out mentality towards their customers. The interior is straight from the 50s. Go somewhere else.

Long lines everytime...there are many tellers in the place.. but they dont help you
