I always have the best experience when I go into Griffin and sons I have been a long-standing customer in the service has gotten better and better I have no complaints the gentleman that greet me always greet me as family I appreciate them for helping me through hard times and good times I appreciate them More than they will ever know give them a chance I'm sure you will not be disappointed

Jake was extremely helpful. They have lots of cool stuff, great staff, and just an overall cool vibe. They also resurface game discs, which is super handy if you have a kid who is rough on your discs.

This place is GREAT 👍 My tools got stolen a few days back wasn't much but my Dewalt charger was in there and everyone knows that they range from 70 to 100 brand new well I went there today and they had one for 55 And I only had 37 to my name and need it for work The man at the front counter blessed me without hesitation Best pawn shop in Bakersfield hands down!!!!

they were honestly so chill and nice and even let me hold the item i was thinking about purchasing and when i realized i didnt have enough to buy it on the spot they told me that i can make payments on it! so i was really excited about that and they even let me hear what the bass sounded like. 10/10 would reccomend anyone going to M.A. Griffin & Sons

I have taken my gold to several local shops in the past , I have nothing negative to say regarding the other pawn shops , how ever son's and Griffith has shown me courtesy and service which is superior to the extent that I have decided to deal with them exclusively. This evening immediately upon entering the store down town "19th" I was greeted and served both with efficiency and respect by a new employee by the name of Cody, even in training no mistakes maintaining the standard. I appreciate it and recommend them to you Bakersfield.

Took about 69 gm of silver in they offer me $35 cash for about $85 worth of silver. Don't sell your silver, its best to keep. Just found out, I didn't get paid for a 1oz silver coin. I know someone working at M.A and he informed me of being shorted my pay.

There was an incident that one of our employees pawned our things and we were distraught over it the Young man behind the counter helped us tremendously very courteous and polite Thank you for your help and patience with us seniors

Offered me $300 on a new $3500 item with a straight face, less than 10%? After I declined the offer I was told to try another shop on Ming that I'm guessing is associated with Griffin & Sons. Plenty of different options around town so i won't be back here or the shop on Ming to sell or purchase anything. In my opinion taking advantage of neighbors in need of help is Bad business but to each his own.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted and directed towards my sole purpose for being there. Had a great convo while being helped, staff was polite and respectful and funny. I had no problem what so ever with any service needed. And as for prices I'm positive you aren't going to find a place that will leave you feeling fair and uncheated.. Yesterday afternoon I stopped by the shop and let me just say it was the best experience we’ve had yet ! Jacob and Jeremy were hands down thy best ! The guys at MA Griffin and Sons are awesome. They will work with you to provide you with the best customer service possible. It is the only pawnshop I use they have quality merchandise at reasonable prices. Their loan values are more than fair. By far the best in town.
