Best pawn shop in kern county. There is a reason they have been doing business for 20+ years. Bakersfield Best Pawn provides the best customer service and always gives top dollar for pawns and sales. I have worked with Aaron at the Bakersfield location multiple times and I always have a great experience. Coming into this pawn shop want too bad in the beginning of my visit. I was looking for some tools and electronics to see what caught my attention. I saw some coins that seem pretty interesting and a guy named Richard or Ricardo I don’t recall but he explained the difference between certain coins. I was really interested in buy some audio equipment and that man took my info down as that he will personally contact me when new stuff comes in which I thought was pretty cool if him.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Whenever I sell or pawn anything I always get the most coming here. All of their employees are friendly and will go above and beyond to help you out. Aaron helped me today and his service was top notch!

I would not go anywhere else! I’ve gone to them several times over the years! They know their stuff, owned and operated by honest people! When I’ve gone in it’s only just to sell my gold and silver! I’ve always walked away with cash in my pocket! They give you a quote for the dollar amount and you can take it or leave!

It was my first time coming into a pawn shop and it was a pretty good experience. I’ve heard horror stories about coming into such places but I was proven wrong. Richard welcomed me and asked if I had any questions don’t hesitate to ask as I was looking around. I was looking into some and he was very helpful with answering my questions and even threw in a joke or two which were funny. I will be coming back again to the best pawn shop in the area.

I took my wife engagement ring the other day which is very sentimental to me and really needed so Money ..and they helped out with more than what I would have gotten from someplace else and big difference amount ..not what I needed but more than all the other pawn shops out in Bakersfield. Most shop thinks of you as a number this place seems genuine..my only pep-peeve is that on the receipt they just put (RG) and it wasn’t just a ring.it was a “diamond engagement ring” it’s my wife ring and not some other ring ..I just hope when I go back to get my ring very soon it’s the right one..I’ve heard and read horror story’s about patrons going to get there ring out of a pawn shops and it wasn’t the one they pawned out ...please don’t do that to me ...

Jose was a wonderful help at Bakersfield’s Best Pawn. I was a new costumer but not necessarily new to the pawning business. I knew what to expect but to say the least, Jose exceeded my expectations! The process is very quick and simple. A friendly business with great prices and negotiation.
