I brought in an antique pocketwatch to possibly sell or pawn. Their "watch guy" was looking it over when another employee, an old woman came out from the back. The counter person asked how much I was looking to get/what I thought it was worth? I said I am not going to throw out MY number first. The old woman behind the counter said "give it back to her and get her out of here ...I hate when people do that.. I am not going to put up with it!!" She horribly rude and disrespectful. I was the only customer, she might not want to scare off their only customer.

Have known these folks for year's most honest and respectable people I know in the pawn shop business. Gayle, Steve and Brandon are awesome and you'll always get a fair deal with them and they DO NOT and WILL NOT buy stolen property that you can be sure of. They are kind, Compassionate and they work with you to help when you need it most, even when your pawn ticket is past the due date. Not enough good thing I can say about the staff at globe loan. They were extremely helpful in my time of need and go the extra distance to help remind you of dates and times. Will definitely use again

They split up merchandise to use 2 tickets instead of one to get a higher rate with ticket fee's. Very unfriendly and quick to turn you away if you catch them trying to put one over on you. They are not the best in town hands down the Wooden Nickel blows them away. Was turned away after rejecting their loan offer , so I walked down the street and Got the loan from the Wooden Nickel fast and friendly. And all on 1 ticket!! The Worse Pawn Shop in Town not the Best. THEY ARE NO FUN!!!

After leaving another shop (I was not happy with) I passed by this one. Took in my old jewelry and left with 65$. Brandon was happy to help me with a great attitude! Thanks #happycamper
