24 hours ago I dropped off my husband's check from work to be deposited and now I'm told they can't find the check and that the girls that took it we're not at work tonight so they will have to wait until they come back to work I find that ridiculous considering that is theft or incompetence of major epic proportions I won't be banking with this place and I'll make sure everybody knows what kind of people they hire hopefully no one else is robbed by this horrible Bank Update: Got a phone call Monday by management and was told the check was found in the overnight weekend Dropbox and no one could explain how that may have happened when it should have been deposited in the account by the teller who took it instead it ends up in a overnight drop box. Based on what has happened to me and the reviews I have just looked over there's something horrible wrong with this location and it needs to be addressed immediately!!

Way to slow and they never have employees. I think imma stop doing business here I don't have time to stand in line for an hour or be on hold for two hours.

I always receive good customer service here. I have had zero trouble from the "female children" at any time. Always prompt and curtiois as well as patient as I have a somewhat complicated way I conduct my business.

Shut down lost debit card so nobody used it so fast love this bank I will be a customer for ever

Bank that loves to rob poor people with hidden fees

I went here to exchange a $20 bill for 4 $5 bills. The teller then told me that since I was not a customer that she couldn't do a "change order" for me. How do you expect to gain customers if you turn them away for something as simple as exchanging bills? Are you not a bank? I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service, especially because I used to be an employee here.

This use to be an ok branch... I work close to this location, so I use when needed. I really hope that mangers or supervisors read this because your customer service and service is not at company standards I'm sure.... the last several times I've gone thru drive thru... no one said one word to me when I put my items in tube (which no biggie all the time) but when your sitting in drive thru for more than 20-25 mins with not a word said with your cash, check, ect it's not ok. It's rude, unprofessional, poor representation of the company and unnerving. Simply letting ppl know what's going on isn't too much to ask, I will probably have to wait to do my banking at a diff branch ty

Very poor customer service provided by management, I will advise everyone to not bank with this company due to this one experience.

This location is being run by female children that want to ignore you. I would not trust them to do your account correctly.

They take to long. To do there job.
