If I could leave zero stars i would. Horrible services. Set up an appointment for a auto loan after being pre approved. Apon showing up I was unable to any help from anyone. If anyone from BofA reads this I hope you understand why we are closing our accounts there and moving towards a local bank. Havent even mentioned the frustration of being transferred 3 times to a loan officer and just being left on hold. Would not recommend this bank to anyone.

They let me start an account and deposit $1000 only to lock me out and close it next day bc they can't be bothered to verify my info. I'll be closing my business and wife's account here bc they are crooks

The customer service is terrible, I came in and checked in to speak with someone about ordering a new credit card. And then someone walked in about 10 mins later to check in and I literally watched the guy who was checking everyone in go the only bank rep that was available and tell her to take care of him before me. I’m not sure if it was a racial thing since I’m a young black man, and this gentlemen was white. This is the only BOA I’ve had a bad experience at

Might as well copy and paste everything P Taylor said. I'm a non customer went in to cash a check. No drive thru so everyone was going in for service. 4 people ahead of me. 3 behind. 2 tellers moving very slow. Branch mgr pulled me aside to wait after their customers. Even the ones coming in behind me. After 5 minutes and talking to other customers, another mgr came over and I expressed my disappointment. He gave the same story about how their customers paid fees therefore get waited on first. I said I'm paying fees too for being a non customer cashing a check. He tells me I could become a customer and not have to wait up to an hour in line. Why would I bank somewhere that charges fees just to not wait in a separate line with no drive thru and poor customer service that treats non customers like second class citizens. I bet BOA goes out of business in a year. Plus I'll let their customer, that wrote me the check, know about their service. But I have a feeling they know.

When I moved to Springfield I decided to open a local account. I went online and made an appointment. When my wife and I arrived, they told us that we had canceled the appointment. I showed them the confirmation and the manger said he would try to help us anyway. I use online banking extensively. If their system is this unreliable, I don't want it. Besides, if that's how I'm going to be treated in the branch, I can find somewhere else to go. In fact, I did. The BluCurrent branch down the street was amazing and their online banking is great!

I currently have Bank of America and my account got down to $0 because I'm struggling right now and my account was charged for bills I had linked to my card and after both charges only a day apart, Bank of America charged me $35 for each one. I was going to make a deposit once I got my check but now, I'm definitely not. I refuse to pay you $70 for your fees to hold onto MY money. No thank you, terrible bank and even worse customer service. Also you can't cash a check if you have nothing in your account no matter how long you've been banking there. I had to go to Walmart and pay them to cash my check to get money the same day.

How would you like to deposit cash into an ATM and have $1000 eaten up and not deposited into your account? Well that just happened. Waiting on this to rectified.

Staff was very friendly, and helped us with setting up an account. Drive through could use re-opening, but the ATM tends to serve most of your basic needs.

    Response from the owner

Hello Derrick, Thank you for choosing Bank of America for your financial needs. We’re glad to hear the process went smoothly. Thanks for taking the time to let us know. ^Annette

My advice is go to the other Bank Of Americas in town. The Kearney office looks consistantly ready for a robbery. They charge $8 to cash a check from there bank and will not put cash into a friends account. I had to get a money order. Teller had a thumb stamp but told me since i didnt bank with them i would have to see an acct rep to get my thumb print. 2nd time in this bank. Both were bad experiences
