All of the employees are friendly and helpful. Not usually crowded so you are able to take time looking around. Have a good variety of stuff and they have layaway. I go there every time I am in town.

I’ve been doing business with Ben & Crystal for the last couple of brand new firearms purchases and cannot be happier. They are the most professional and considerate folks anyone could ever ask for. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who appreciates great customer service from great people. 5 stars all the way!!!!! I can’t wait to make my next purchase.

Loftis is realistically nothing other than a stolen goods store. Simply put a thieves exchange. I hate pawn shops and especially the ones that fund or reward local thieves in the area by paying them money for items that are 90% of the time stolen. This industry is absolutely absurd, repulsing, and really should be criminalized or banned all together. I have no respect for anyone working in this industry as they are just as bad or worse than the low lives they fund and support. I find it funny that they spend so much money on security to prevent the thieves they support taking at what they paid for it and selling it to them again. They should all be giving peace eternally. RIP

Bought a used gun recently and noticed how incredibly dirty it is, I mean I get that it's used and it won't be perfectly clean but there's still gun powder residue all over the gun and iv spent the last 30 minutes cleaning it. I love cleaning guns so no big deal but regardless I could physically see dirt and grime all over the gun and the barrel was absolutely horrible. Honestly the worst part of my review is the guys working back there, there rude and extremely unpleasant to be around. They don't greet or keep conversation. I had to stand there and wait for those two guys to quit talking before they noticed me. So I definitely won't be coming back for anything else probably ever again. The jeweler lady( can't remember her name) was an absolute wonderful lady we talked for a minute and she was super nice. If your looking to get a gun I'd look else where maybe, anything else I'm unsure of. This is from my experience of course and iv dealt with this for the last 6 months paying the gun off.

Terrible customer service. I bought a new rifle from Loftis and it wouldn't fire. I requested they refund, repair, replace, or even assist with working with the manufacturer. I spoke to Bobby the manager and he completely didn't care and offered no assistance. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Worst experience ever. The two at the counter were slower than sloth. I had literally 3 people in front of me and it took over 45 minutes just for my turn to finally be seen. So after waiting almost an hour, there was nothing they “could do” to help me when I did not know how to take a pin off of a laptop. Like, I understand ultimately it’s my problem. But, when I even asked if there was anyone that worked there that knew about computers that could help me, I couldn’t even finish my sentence before she repeated that there was nothing they could do to help. Yet, they have help wanted signs because they can’t get people in to work. I wonder why!

After pawning a battery powered compound miter saw, I came to pick it up and they had lost my charger. Said they would order me a new one, we will see how that goes. I'll only go back to pick up my replacement charger, if I ever get it.

I made a layaway purchase here and cannot be more pleased with the process. I never had anything but nice, friendly interactions with the staff [Ben and Crystal were who I dealt with]. They made the process so easy. VERY quick shipping as soon as I finished paying off the layaway, too. Great transaction. Will definitely do more business here.

I wish I could leave zero stars or A clip of the conversation that took place… my mother in law bought me A tool which she didn’t know anything about but they did and it was broken… she said don’t worry I paid extra for the warranty the girl told me and I have 30 days to return it… I get we bought it as is but the rudeness and unprofessional conduct of these people was absolutely absurd… also I looked around and they’re prices are scary high for some stuff they bought stolen off the streets
