I've been with this bank 15 years and I'm finally looking at other banks. Central bank has great local in bank customer service, but the customer service at call center is horrible. They put a hold on my husband's paycheck because its out of state and the other bank has already contacted Central bank but they are still keeping a 7 day hold.

I have been with Central Back since 2006 when it was still "Empire" Bank. I have always had good customer. Last month I worked with John in the loan department at the Sunshine & Glenstone location. John was a godsend. He helped me move my car payment from Wells Fargo to Central which saved me a full year of payments plus lowered my monthly bill $50. I'm very happy. 🙂

this bank need to step into 2019!!! Holding a check for several days and rationing out my money is absolutely absurd!!! I have banked here since it was Citizens National bank over 20 years and this is how you treat your long term customers wow is all I have to say and hello Bank of America!!!!

If you like waiting for 30+ minutes in drive through even though your only the second car back then this bank is the bank for you. Unfortunately my work banks through here and I have to go every day and every day it's the same. I'm sitting at drive through now writing this review waiting for one deposit and a small change order and I've been her for 40 min! Now they're telling me they can't even fill my change order! They can't give me a dollar in pennies. And do other workers not realize that the people in drive through can see them sitting around doing NOTHING through the glass. There's 4 employees and I'm the only car and it's taking this long!!!

I am new to the bank and had a transitional hiccup that wasn't their fault. It was very stressful but the Manager, Gwen, helped me in a matter of minutes and made everything right for me. She even had to do it outside because I couldn't go in. All the staff at all the branches have been amazing to work with. Highly reccomend over my last two regional bank/credit unions. Oh, and their referral bonus is amazing!

Chris Coburn: Just wanted to let you know that Central Bank is not charging you twice for your ATM withdrawals. When you withdraw on a non-Central Bank ATM, that particular bank will charge you a fee for allowing you to have access to funds out of their bank and then they will have to retrieve that money from Central Bank. This is how the process works with any bank. Well, with any bank that I have dealt with in my long lifetime. As far as the fee from Central Bank goes, your Fees notice will tell you how much you will be charged by Central Bank if you use a different bank's ATM. I hope that helps.

My mother passed away and I have a court ordered document putting me in charge of my mothers bank account. The branch manager (Becky Wright) was rude and very unprofessional and kicked me out of the bank accusing me of committing fraudulent activity. Only because she didn't know how or what to do to handle my mother's last check that was deposited in her account before her passing. She illegally closed out my mother's account without proof of death certificate and di not allow my mother's last check to clear. I've had to hire an attorney who told me that what they did is wrong and illegal and I'm in the process now of suing them and forcing them to return my mother's last check so it can be put into an estate account or reissued in my name. Becky wright is inconsiderate, unprofessional, and has a disgusting attitude. I will never bank with them and highly suggest you think twice before banking with this bank. I'd also like to add that Andrew Fisher one of the customer service representatives admitted to me he was having a bad day and apologized for his rudeness, but then still continued to be rude and inconsiderate. This bank has horrible customer service skills and the branch manager has no clue the rules or regulations of her bank. On top of that she kicked me out bcz I proved her wrong and she became offended. Extremely rude, unprofessional people. Beware!
