Golden Plains Credit Union N Main St, Haysville

Been a loyal customer for a decade but while other banks are building more locations and providing excellent customer service, gpcu only wants to reduce locations and hire employees pay that provide minimal service with little knowledge. Went to Sunflower Bank and they had no issue providing excellent customer service.

Absolutely terrible people to work with, they had zero desire whatsoever to solve their customers problem with a cashiers check of $10,500. And are making me wait 90 days for my money in a time of global pandemic when I desperately need it. Despicable place of business, if you can even call it that. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to my worst enemy. If you want someone to legally steal $10,500 from you and hold it for 90 days, this is the perfect place for you.

Lousy customer service. When I asked to close my account it was not done properly which I just found out. Inadequate.

I have been going to this location for years. I love my Crdit Union and I adore the ladies who work there.

Went to cash a check that was just over $100 from a business, that was drawn on this Credit Union. Signed the check and sent my DL in with the check. Before they would cash it, I had to put my thumbprint on the back of the check and sign another paper.

Good credit union. Everyone is really nice and helpful. Been banking here for years. Even before Golden Plains took over. Only thing I don't like about it is at times account is unavailable on line. That never happened before it changed hands.

Been a member for several years. This branch refused to take checks from me after getting married. Called corporate to find out why. Was sent back to this branch with no help. Steer clear of this institution.
