Was in there recently... Saw a roach crawling on the floor. NOT a hissing roach, NOT a wood roach, NOT a Red runner or a Dubia roach... A GERMAN ROACH... You know, the ones you find in some dirty persons' house crawling all over the place. Sometimes next door to you... I don't think I'll buy any household items or electronics from here, thank you.

This is a great shop!! I’ve always had great customer service. There has been times I was struggling and they have bent over backwards to help me and my family out. Very thankful they treat you as a person not just a number or dollar amount. I have bought, sold and pawned items with them. They have always given me fair and honest prices!! NOTE: This review was about American Pawn...NOT A-OK. Very trustworthy place. You never have to worry that they arent going to let you know that your pawn item is due. They dont want you to lose your items any more than you do. Most pawn shops dont care but they do here. They have even given a few extra dollars on a pawn item above what it is worth just to help you out. Great place!

Always a good place to stop and browse when you have time . Lots of stuff to look at , reasonably priced UPDATE ... Picked up a great deal yesterday on a rifle I had them order. Was able to purchase the ammo at a better than a fair price. Will definitely return. Thanks guys .

Sara is very kind and sweet and does a wonderful job at what she does. She has been doing my taxes for a long time now and she is the only one i trust to do my taxes. I don't trust nobody else but her and will never go to anyone else to do my taxes. Not to mention their fees are way cheaper then Jackson Hewitt and H&R block. I have never had any issue's when i go in there. They have always been kind and friendly. I would recommend Sara to any of my friend's and family.

Great customer service. I had an issue at first with a firearm but James the manager took care of it all. Nice to see some folks still have integrity.

The atmosphere of this pawn shop was unlike any other shop. They were very friendly and nice individuals. Treated us like human beings rather then like money like most establishments these days. Big thumbs up for American Pawn and Guns!!

Always easy to deal with, quick transactions.

I own a small trucking company and any time there is a repair it can cost thousands of dollars. I recently had to pay for an ongoing problem with a truck and was about $1100 short. If I didn't get that truck moving that day, I stood to lose thousands in revenue. My customers sometimes take three months to pay their invoices yet I still have to pay for fuel, wages,the list goes on and on. I took a couple of guitars in to see if I could get enough to pay the shop bill. The gentleman who helped me gave me a loan for enough to cover the shop bill even going a quite bit above what their pawn value was worth. It really saved my ass. I believe these guys really are out to help people. They are polite and always professional. Thanks again, I'm not sure what I would have done without your help. I was out of options.

I bought a violin from there just yesterday. Staff is friendly, merchandise is plentiful: tools, jewelry, speakers, TV's, and more. Ended up buying some antique coins and probably will be back to get a chainsaw... because I'm eccentric that way. :-)

I had a great time going in and being treated right. He talked to me and tested me very respectful. I was just looking around and after talking to him I found about 3 things I needed and he was happy enough to help as well! Def give them a chance and see what gems they have!!

Been coming here for years for odds and ends (Individual tools, gun parts, dvds, knives, etc.), and I haven't had a negative experience, yet. The employees are helpful and typically knowledgeable in anything they're selling. Customer service is straightforward and honest. They'll likely have my business for as long as they're open. Check 'em out!

Bought binoculars. Forgot my phone so I couldn't price compare. Sales lady offers to do it for me. Tells me a few prices that show their price is lower. Stupid me, I trust her. Later I look it up. And I got no deal. I paid the same price I could order it directly from the factory for. In fact, most of their prices are just retail prices, the same price you can go buy it brand new, with warranties and other protections you don't get at this pawn shop. Since all sales are final. If my binoculars are broken, there's nothing I can do. Yet they charge full price. Never ever ever again.

One of the best pawn shops around town, they give you a fair price for your stuff and don’t try to low ball you. All of them are amazing and friendly. They have a ton of knowledge ranging from firearms to electronics and always have a wide variety in stock

Great place to buy a gun! My husband and I bought one here a few weeks ago and its awesome. We also buy a lot of our boating/fishing gear and tools here. The owner and crew are super nice and extremely helpful! Much better than A-OK where we used to go.

My boyfriend came in the store today around 5 pm and pawned his tv and whoever the female worker was that helped him was super rude. We’ve been to this pawn shop several times over the past few years and never experienced poor customer service like that until today. Also gave him an unreasonably low offer. It’s a 55 inch LG smart TV in perfect condition. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what was going on but definitely needs to be fired. Not coming back here again. Update: they complained to my boyfriend about my review. Maybe don’t have rude employees and I wouldn’t have posted this. 🙂

Great customer service, fantastic people and the only place I trust to take my things when I need to. They have great prices and offer fair deals when you need to pawn something. Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.
