If I could rate this zero stars I would. Got a loan online and the customer service has been nothing but atrocious! Moved my pay date over because I had an issue with one of my jobs not paying, when someone called to ask about it they consistently avoided my questions and concerns and continued to asl random questions after I already verified myself(of course with DOB and social) They pressured me about my mailing address and email and other random questions about my jobs listed instead. I dont have much patience for people like this and became angry. He would also ask me the same question multiple times. I ended up having to tell him my address 4 times.My coworker agreed it was insane. I made an additional call that following friday to make a payment and the lady was superb and listened! Really enjoyed talking to her, but unfortunately that was the only good experience. Had some follow up questions and concerns today about a random payment that popped up for tomorrow. Called and got a lady on phone who didn't seem to understand a thing I was saying. I explained to her what happened on my end and what I was seeing. She originally explained quite well how it works on her end. I let her know I was seeing something different and she flat out told me I was wrong. Of course I was shocked. It eventually got to the point where she was no longer listening and interrupting me. I of course asked to speak to someone else. Had I known that the next lady was going to be worse I would have just hung up. When she got on the line I was polite and asked her how her day was going. Then she told me she didnt need me to explain what was going on. I asked her to repeat what had been communicated so we were on the same page. All she said was "information on dates". So of course I offered to explain the situation to her. I never got to finish. She interrupted every time I spoke. I never once got to complete a since thought with her. She also started every time with "sorry to interrupt" and I eventually told her she was not sorry because otherwise she would stop doing it. I eventually decided I do not want to do business with this company anymore and asked her what the total amount due would be after tomorrows payment. She then did not answered and asked more silly questions such as verify email etc. I did not answer and simply asked the question again until I finally got answer and then hung up. The people this place is hiring are entirely incompetent (with the exception of the lady I spoke to last friday, she was amazing, give her a raise or something).

The girls working here really are compassionate about their customers. The store manager is a sweetheart who always listens to previous conversations and does not forget to check up on her customers to make sure they are doing ok. Speedy cash has helped me with tough situations and I am thankful for that.
