    I showed up at 4 pm and the store closed at 5. Yet the manager stayed passed her closing hours to help me get a car at that time. I was thankful she extended herself for me. I also got a nice car but the service stood out.

    RETRACTING- the good car comment- issue after issue with this car that's not covered under the "warranty". 1st experience was great. Got a good car at a decent price and the layaway for down payment was really helpful.

    The girl Elena was great. She kept trying to work with us. Corporate however was jacking us around and refused to make right their mistakes. They sold us an illegal car and refused to work with us on getting another vehicle when we found out they sold us a vehicle that did not have a title. Their only reason to not work with us is becaise my brother got a new job that pays a lot more and he has only been there for about a week and a half. We have never missed a payment and they are forcing us to drive illegally on an expired tag. I highly recomend you never use this place.

    I worked with Jonetta at the Regal Cars from the Wichita location and she was PHENOMENAL. Excellent customer service from start to finish. The process is so easy & quick. They have so many cars to choose from with LOW DOWN PAYMENTS & their associates are not pushy sales people, they are genuinely good people that want you to have the best for your car buying experience. I drove 2.5 hours away to this location and was worried the car I was wanting to get wouldn’t be available, but Jonetta made sure my drive would be worthwhile & had the car I wanted waiting on me. I don’t regret it one bit I highly recommend Regal cars!

    Elena, Jonetta , and Cathy were very accommodating from day 1. They made me feel like i had hope knowing my situation was diffult. In little time they made things happen for me. I thank Elena for being very patient with me and working with me to ensure i made the right purchase. Not only was she patient with me but when i went on a test drive i noticed a few things that needed to get fixed. She addressed my concern right away and fixed what needed to be done. Not very many car dealerships will go above and beyond the way Elena and the team did. I highly recommended them to my friends and family.     I’ve been needing a larger vehicle for quite some time...turned down everywhere or they always wanted down payments I couldn’t afford.     Bought a 2007 Nissan Frontier 11/17/17, and had it for about an hour before the transmission went out. Terry's transmission had it for over 3 weeks "rebuilding" the transmission. I pick it back up and have it for less than 3 weeks and the transmission starts acting up again. Back to the shop it goes.......get it back 2 days later with instructions to drive it a few days and see if it's fixed. I told him I was leaving in a couple of days for San Antonio TX only to be told "oh, no I wouldn't take it that far". So $15,000 for a vehicle I can't leave town with. So by this time I'm starting to lose my cool.......I speak again with Cathy (Manager) and she is going to get with corporate and "warranty me out" of that vehicle and get me in a different vehicle. That was 2 days ago and we leave for San Antonio in the morning. $300 rental car later and Regal can take that vehicle, and any other vehicle and shove it. Already had to cancel a Thanksgiving trip because it was in the shop, and now forced to rent a car to go on vacation. Pathetic customer service, I would never buy another vehicle from them.

    Employees are nice but the cars aren’t worth it. We got a limited expedition at 18k first day check engine light came on they towed it on a Saturday and I picked it up Monday after they fixed it. Monday I finally got a chance to grab a dvd to test the DVD players in the headrest which is a main reason for buying that car because we have a lot of kids and do road trips, both DVD players are broken and when I called they said they don’t mess with electrical stuff like that. I’m paying 18k for a car that right off the bat had problems and now I’m quoted for almost 2k for the headrest DVD players through another company around town. Lesson learned if you are buying a car with DVD players drive it home grab a dvd and check to make sure it works. I really wanted to give them a good review because the employees are awesome but when I have to dish out extra on top of the over priced car that had issues immediately then I’m going to give a honest opinion on the place

    When I first started working with Regal i was nothing but impressed. The original sales team was above reproach. I LOVED working with them! Recently I had to buy a car. They had to "charge" the AC before I picked up the car. 2 months later the AC went down again. They put a bandaid on the fix right before the 1 year. 30 days AFTER the 12 month 12k mile warranty expired, the AC failed for a third time. (It wasnt covered at all during the warranty period) After that, I lost power steering and had many other electrical issues. It was going to be in excess of $4k to fix. I was still paying on it, but they wouldnt fix it or help. I ended up, reluctantly, trading that car in for another. My first payment was due 7 days after I signed paperwork. (I had been putting money on the car I had to trade, so I was hoping for a 2 week wait for the first payment, but Saber, the finance company, declined). 7 days after I signed paperwork, I now have a check engine light, and from what i see it may not be covered. I wont say it was a scam, because i freely signed the paperwork. But do i regret it?? Most definitely. I will not buy from Regal again. If you are on the fence, walk or ride the bus. It will be cheaper. And a lot less frustrating for you! *********************** First review: When I was first looking for a car, I went to Regal. My credit was so bad I had to struggle to be approved. walking in to Regal, I was expecting another denial, but Donna and Stacy took care of me. I was so happy with my car, I ended up trading in with them and taking another vehicle. I was a loyal Regal customer for 4 years, only recently leaving for a brand new car. I will highly recommend the Wichita office, they have the class, and style, to take care of all the needs you have. If they dont have the car you want, they will find it.

    I have been dealing with regal since 2014 and let me tell you they are not a reputable company. There are other reputable car lots in Wichita that do buy here pay here with better options on the overall price of the vehicle as well as interest options. Now personally this company the finance company that owns or works with regal is called saber financial and combined neither entity has the best trained employees and they also perform illegal maneuvers with their contracts and that’s just to start. Right now it’s 2021 and most of the vehicles they carry or at least Six years old and If you do your research you’ll see that they overprice their vehicles tremendously. I’m not saying that you cannot find a decent car what I’m stating is you can get a better deal and a better car and a company that will value you as a return customer elsewhere. I have purchased two cars with this company and I started to purchase a third but I realized that they do not appreciate my business nor do they acknowledge the fact that I’ve been doing business with them for over five years so I’m kind of over it and I’m making this post in the results of the conversation I had with one of their finance reps sales consultants whatever their title is they are not that professional at all they don’t put too much money into their company nor their training nor the equipment or the people working on their vehicles so again I understand just starting out but as I stated I have purchased multiple vehicles and I’m telling you you’ll get better service and a better vehicle elsewhere trust me! Also I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years and I used to work for a car lot here in Wichita way more reputable super car guys and this was one of the tactics THEY used when you purchased a car and if you left a good review they will give you some sort of incentive! Most of these people that are given these five star reviews were urge to do so and they probably receive some sort of discount on the vehicle it’s a terrible way to bring in business because it’s false which is one of the reasons why I don’t work for a car lot anymore!

    My first initial thought of this lot was great. Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful (06/13/18). Its now (9/14/18) and I would NOT recommend this company at all! I tried to go get my tag for this car in August (like middle of the month), when I did I could not get the tag because the mileage on the front of the title and the mileage they wrote in was not accurate! The mileage on the front stated the car had none mileage then what was hand written on the back. I called and after putting me on hold for long periods of time I became irate and they told me I could use a dealers tag while they got it fixed. Wednesday they called and said they had the corrected paper to get my tag. Wrong answer they gave my daughter (she picked up the paper for me) the same paper that I already had and did not work previously. This is a federal law car lots must comply with. Basically, they sold me a car I cannot tag but why they don’t realize is I know that they HAVE to buy the car back from me for every dollar I’ve already paid into it plus any money I’ve put into it. My lawyer will be contacting them today!!! I also attached pictures so people can see that this is really happening.

    Do NOT get a car from here, seems simple and easy for a reason, they have no care in the world after that paper work is signed, they go thru saber acceptance for payments which is out of Oklahoma, the representatives there are very unprofessional and also show no care. Ive worked with Beth (shows no empathy, doesn’t respond in timely manner) in particular and I’ve messaged them multiple times and seem to have to always call back up to see if they seen the email. Honestly if you’re wanting a new car do what’s right and get it from a “buy here pay here” this company here has showed me how grimey companies can be. Thankful I’m almost done with my payments so I can let everyone know never to get from here

    We purchased 2 surburbans from Regal. Our first experience was so wonderful we came back to them years later for our second. Our second was a lemon and Donna promised to put in a new motor and left the company. Regal kept putting us off until our warranty was up. Once Donna left Regal claimed they didn't have any records of our vehicle's problems or the promise to fix it. Do not buy from them!
