I’m a first time car buyer, and I had already not been in the mood to be car shopping. I go in touch w a salesman named Caleb and we talked. I still did my shopping around and was NOT happy at all at any of the places we went to before coming here. This was our last stop and I’m glad we did. Caleb got me into a nice suv and it’s exactly what I needed I’m in love w this vehicle and I’m not mad about my purchase at all!

I just bought a truck from them they make buying a vehicle easy ..they do alot to get you in to a vehicle

The car we were getting was from salvage we were never told only found out once we took it to a mechanic for some work once we brought it up with them they tried to say they didn't know but soon after found a bs reason to take it back after we already had over half of it paid off

Great place, I think 🤔 cause for one I got there early in the morning ☀️🌄 the sun 🌞😎 was just rising and my ♀️👠👠 woman who I just love and adore was very uniquely understanding of me waiting for the personnel or should I say staffing member's or anyone who has great business kill's to help me out with my payment on my car note and what do I know... I believe I had a chance to look the man who I believe to be the owner of credit King 👑 or at least an Co owner of the establishment anywho this gentleman first of all was very polite and respectable gentleman whom asked with concern, are you waiting for someone to help you with something Sir? And I replied back to this Man, "yes yes I am" he stopped me quickly and abruptly are you trying to make a payment? I then again stated "yes yes I am actually" to him speaking 🗣️ out loudly AND firm well Sir the staff does not get here until a little later this morning! So in thought 🤔💭💭 I just turned to see if I could see a clock on the wall to actually see about what time it actually was at this moment the gentleman ask me are you looking for the time because they will be in around 7:30 or 8 a.m. I got you kindly letting me know that it was 6 in the morning and there was no one there to attend to me at them hours so we both gave a little chuckle and then I told him politely and kindly I will return at a reasonable hour to return at 8 and be the first person inline and get my payment done and the sells woman very polite and courteously helped me with my payment I thank Credit King for allowing me the chance to purchase one of their automobiles I tell you one thing it's a great place to buy automobiles that actually works thank you credit King.

Caleb Rollover is amazing I Suggest if ur trying to make a deal with a dealer having cash to put down.. have Caleb Do it he is a 5 star car salesman. So glad I went to credit king , and met the wonderful Caleb

The sales woman Kallie is really easy going and cool she helped us find what we wanted. But the sales manager and main manager should work better at communicating instead of saying one thing then changing it after 2 hours of being there as we were about to finalize the paperwork. Definitely prefer carbanc at least they are straight forward from the beginning

Tom is selling clunkers for high dollar. Justin the mechanic doesn’t know what he’s doing I took my car for the same issues over 5 times. I wouldn’t recommend this car lot to a dog

Credit King SAVED MY LIFE! I was pretty in the hole financially, due to COVID-19. Therefore, my credit wasn’t too pretty. I can honestly say my sales-lady Kali REALLY went above and beyond to service my needs. She conducted herself professionally throughout the entire transaction and I am more than THRILLED with my purchase. I can’t say it enough, thank you Kali (like California) lol! And thank you, Credit King Auto Sales for giving me a chance!!! 10 STARS!!!

I have bought several cars over the years, and so has other family & friends of mine. They are higher mileage cars, but at fair prices. As long as you take your time & check the car out, like I have every time, you won't have any issue. I got sick one month & had to miss a couple payments. I called them & they worked with me to get caught back up. As long as you have common sense buying a car from here (or anywhere) everything is good

I am not an employee I assure you. I am very satisfied with Credit King. They sold me a car off their wholesale lot. Yes, I will pay more in the end than it is worth but with no other options, I am glad they worked with me. The car is in great mechanical condition. I plan to get another one there when this is paid off. I have terrible credit and repossessions. I pay my payment on time so I do not worry about my car being taken. If I did miss a payment I would not be upset if they took my car since I am a higher risk of default. Make good credit decisions and you will not end up needing a buy here pay here lot.

Worst experience has been with this place. Don't buy used here. It'll be back in their shop to be fixed. My airbag didn't go off after my accident. I paid my deductible and they wanted 700 more to get me back in a car. No working with their customers

My car dealer was very open and honest with the problems of all the cars I looked at, his name was Malcom, he explained everything to me as it was my first buy and helped me through the whole process, best guy I have ran into for a while! I have now had my car for 3 months and really no issues, I love my car and would recommend this place to anyone looking

I paid $9,000 cash for a 2007 honda pilot. I drove it 8 and a half hours home to Arkansas and I have a bad oil leak from a seal, also there air which they said they did a full inspection has a leak and the rear air does not blow at all! I fixed the seal! But now I have to find someone here in Arkansas to fix the air because I'm not driving 500 miles to pay 50/50 I'm sure it'll be cheaper to just fix here on my own! I thought by paying them $9,000 cash for something they were asking 10,995 for I would be safe to drive it way longer without problems then 1 day! I wouldn't purchase anything else from them! I'm still not sure if the so called inspection they done wasn't to purposely tamper with my vehicle in order for me to put more money in it because everything was perfect until I drove it home! They should have a warranty where they cover everything instead of making someone pay 50% or at least they pay at a non association shop because if your stuff mess up and you have to pay why can't we choose the shop to make sure ain't no shady stuff! Oh the range is 5,161 to 7,161 according to Kelly blue book so they over charge for everything! It was my mistake for reading the bad reviews and still giving them a chance but not again! update im and on my 3 out of 4 repair and haven't had the Pilot over a month I took it to a certified honda dealership where they diagnoses and came to the conclusion it was running rough because whoever did engine work on the vehicle over tightened the valves so I needed a valve adjustment so now I'm wondering if credit king purpose put that check engine light bulb out so Noone would notice it needed work to gain a quick scam! I spent $1100+ and called and spoke to a very unprofessional guy name Tom who i asked if they could just give me part of my money back! Hell they could have just gave me 5 or 600 on that repair would be pretty fair seeing how I fixed the rear ac myself and that seal on the engine because it wouldn't have made it to the dealership and besides I felt they were shady so I took it to the actual certified honda dealership! Also they hangup pretty quick on you whe. You complain about issues with their vehicles! So scam dealership, over price cars, shade tree mechanics! I do not recommend

I have been in to look at cars on multiple occasions and have not been satisfied yet. Most of the salesmen I have spoken with have been helpful other than a couple. Most of the cars are very high mileage and over priced. My last visit is what made me decide to write the review. The salesman was great and showed me the cars I was interested in and was reasonably knowledgeable of what was on the lot. The last vehicle we looked at he informed me was in the back because a mechanic just took it for a test drive before it goes onto the lot but I can still look at it. It was dang near perfect! Lower miles, priced right, and had what I was looking for! Then I opened the center console and that is when I found Visine and the remainder of some marijuana. That was it for me. I let the salesman know and informed him I won’t be buying a car.

Trash. The most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Does not fix anything on the car but will come get it without warning if you’re late 3 days. The text messages I have are proof. They lie about the history on cars so write down and run the vin number before purchasing. If I could give no stars I would.
