We got a car through easy credit back in July. They turned my car off because my insurance lapsed. I called had it fixed and they turned it back on. Well I called today to see if I could move my payment (AFTER NEVER MISSING A PAYMENT) and they told me no. I needed to pay the full amount today or they keep it turned off. Like what?! They are so quick at the beginning of the buying process to tell you about how they will work with you and then they won’t. This is the worst place I’ve ever bought a car from. Everyone I’ve referred to them hates me now too 😂 DONT BUY FROM HERE.

Amazing experience. Noah and mike are the best. Super friendly and professional. Found out i was noahs first sale and couldnt believe it because was so on top of everything. I highly recommend you check them out when buying a car.

This place is crazy. Pay your payment for a year and they'll literally cut your car off after being late a couple days on a single payment. Absolutely do not finance through this dealer

I would give them no stars if it was an option! My daughter just paid off one car with easy credit auto ....one time she had to work and on her date of payment her car was cut off before she could even get in after work to pay it so technically it wasn't late the day wasn't even over...she paid it they cut it back on ...now its paid all the way off ! She went in same info same everything and was asked to use her car she just paid off as collateral..well she had know collateral for her first one all her info is the same they had absolutely know problems with her ...but they can't make this make since I'm thinkin at this point it a corporate matter! They lost a good customer !!

i forget the salesman's name but he was not knowledgeable of the vehicle he was selling me. very frustrating to get lied to. had to have a few services within the year of buying my vehicle which was also frustrating. they do not have options to make payments online and when you pay over the phone there is a $5 fee so they really only leave you the option to go to the office and pay in person which is also frustrating since they're not the closest to me. the finance & auto service staff were always helpful. not so much the sales managers, they were rude and did not care that i was misled about the vehicle, nor were they interested in trying to correct their mistakes. shout out to the lady that took my payments (sorry i forgot your name), she was always so wonderful to talk to.

Amazing place to do business! Bought a Kia today from salesman, ( Tyler ) he was a very professional, helpful guy. Would recommend anyone looking for nice used vehicle go check them out.

If anyone doubts their ability and their credit to get a nice car that is reliable and in good condition I would recommend you see these folks. And I would ask for Tyler! He is a very thoughtful honest and friendly salesman and takes the time to find out what exactly you need and what you are looking for! I didn't think I would be able to afford the truck I was really in love with but I took 20 minutes and filled out the paperwork and they actually got me in with the down payment I had and affordable monthly payments.

The staff was very polite and helpful when it came to financing our vehicle. We were in a bit of a pickle but they were VERY patient and we drove off the lot that day! We will definitely consider coming back a third time!

First want to start out by saying Michael the General Manager is very friendly and extremely helpful in all aspects of buying a car. He is very knowledgable and will do everything in his power to help someone achieve their goal of owning a vehicle. If you ever have any questions he is there to answer them. Bret, the Salesman was very knowledgable about all the vehicles. Helped us find the vehicle we were looking for specifically. He answered every question we had about any of the vehicles we were interested in. He had a very outgoing personality and was eager to help. Both Michael and Bret stayed late so we could not only test drive a car but start the paperwork to get a head start on things. You don't find many car lots and staff that are willing to go the extra mile. We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from them. We have always been very happy with the car we received. Year, Make and Model of their cars are always higher end and the prices are very competitive. If you are looking for a car I recommend Easy Credit Auto Sales for them to fit you with a car, down payment and payment a month you can afford. So stop on by and see for yourself.

Bought our 3rd vehicle from them just this last Friday, they do what they say and have always been professional. They went up & above this time for sure, great selection and great staff. Michael the general manager and Bret the salesman stayed well after closing to accommodate our schedule. All three vehicles have been late models, very clean and as well maintained as any dealer in Wichita.

This place is TERRIBLE!!!!! We bought our SUV less than 3 months ago and have had it in the shop 4 times. One issue after another and they even j stalled a new engine last time (obviously a very cheap one) and now there is ANOTHER issue and they want us to pay hundreds of dollars on top of the $500+ dollars we already pay per month. They are a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IN WICHITA! they are nice when you sign the contract then turn into Devils after. They refused to provide me with a copy of the contract I signed which I now know is ILLEGAL. Do NOT give these "people" your business!

Amazing service and very attentive to customers needs. Myself, my husband and 3 year old daughter had been looking at car lots all day, and couldn't find anything we liked at a decent price, and Chris really helped us out. We told him what we were looking for and what our cap was and he was very attentive and honest about everything. The general manager (I believe his name was Michael/mike, but could be wrong) and was amazing as well and made sure we got the right insurance at a decent price. We left very happy and I got the car I set out wanting the Chevy equinox at a decent price with low miles. I couldn't be happier! I turn 30 on the 25th, and this is an awesome present to myself from myself, and I'm glad to have had such wonderful people to help me out.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE TO BUY A CAR. THEY DO NOT WORK WITH PEOPLE ESPECIALLY PEOPLE OUT OF WORK BECAUSE THEY HAVE COVID. THEY SHUT OFF CARS BEFORE THE MONTH IS EVEN OVER. PAYMENT IS DUE ONE DAY AND THEY TURN IT OFF THE NEXT DAY, DIDN’T EVEN GIVE US A CHANCE TO COME IN AND PAY IT!! DONE WITH THIS PLACE!!

I wish I could give them -5 GM is rude tries talking over you and won’t listen. My rear gear on my truck needed to be fixed part of warranty and I went to see how it worked he told me not on warranty (lubricatied). When my. Warranty was up I got a call saying he was wrong and he would give a percent off. Everyone else there are great

What a great experience today! We spent 4 hours there today and never did it feel uncomfortable, the team treated us like friends and not like customers. Michael runs a great store and if you need any help from someone who actually cares about you, ask for Kelly. He made sure he met all of our needs and did so with kindness and care. We have terrible credit but they made it where we could buy a car with the income we make. They never ran our credit to get us in the car we wanted, but what's really neat is as we make our payments on time they will report to TransUnion. So it will benefit our credit! They have given our family an amazing opportunity to build on our credit. Shout out to the Easy Credit Auto in Wichita, I will recommend you guys for the rest of time!

Michael and his crew are going am excellent job. Since Michael has become the new GM this business is looking even better than it has in the last 5 years. We just bought our 7th car from them today.
