Ashley Hooper is not only professional, polished & knowledgeable but she is also personable and very refreshing to speak with! She is NOT "Bare Minimum" when it comes to her clients/customers. Her Customer Service is beyond superior and FCU should recognize what an Asset Ashley Hooper is to their establishment!!

This Bank was good at first. They have really went down hill as far as customer service goes. Switching to a new Credit Union that actually treats people like people !!

I went there 2 years ago, just wanted some information about doing a refinance for a car I bought my son. A tall heavy set manager came out never said his name was not Courteous at all asked for me to fallow him to his office which I did, I asked I would like to refinance a car and he asked if I had a license I said no I don’t drive, my son does all the diving for me. He said you don’t have a license, there’s no I can do for you. He’s attitude was really bad I’ll never go there again or recommend anyone to go there. These banks should be monitored, I wonder if the owners of these institutions know what’s going in how they treat the customers they must be losing lots of money.

Brian was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process in acquiring my yacht loan! This was his first time dealing with a broker, but you would have never known it! He didn’t miss a thing and kept me well informed at all times! Thank you to Brian snd the Florida Credit Union!

Ashley is such a professional, and very good at getting the answers needed. I’ve gotten a couple loans there and plan on doing much more business there with the exceptional interest rates. A few months ago I bought a brand new 3500 Ram and the look on their faces was priceless when I handed them $87,000. The interest rate the offered wasn’t even close to FCU. Ashley Hooper is GOD SENT. Not only did she get me an amazing APR for my auto loan, but she took the time out to educate me on how the loan ties in with my credit etc. She went above and beyond her job scope and was super attentive to my needs throughout the entire process. I had a ton of questions and she never made me feel like any of them were too foolish. She always went into detail with her answers and even gave examples (which is how I learn best). I hardly ever go into the branch for any of my banks, but I needed to request a debit card for my account and had some questions, so I went in and they were all so friendly and helpful. Brian answered all my questions and even showed me how to set up Bill Pay to make paying my car loan easier. Very pleased. They even had my debit card ready that day which is awesome. The teller was very nice as well. The branch was clean and everyone was professional. Great experience.

I love this credit union. Ashley Hopper always helps me! She is very sweet, understanding and professional. Always solves any issues that I have and makes sure she has helped me with any issues that I came in for. She always answers my emails and I really appreciate her very much! Everyone there is really nice.
