The manager Matt is awesome! He always treats me fair and makes sure I am well taken care of. He goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied with all my purchases. I have been to other value pawns but I don’t get the same service that Matt gives and that makes a difference for me.

With inflation the way it is today at the time of writing this review a little help is great without having to ask friends or family is even better. Ms. Carmon was amazing, I didn't feel judged or uncomfortable. I'm really happy I took my business there. Thanks Value Pawn

I have lived in Deland for around 5 years. I have frequented Value Pawn in these past 5 years and in that time my experience was less than satisfactory. My most recent experience at the store was excellent! I owe the great experience to Mel (Melissa) and Franchesca. I bought a Line 6 POD HD500X guitar processor and the buying process as well as the customer service experience was far above and beyond what I have experienced before at this location! Given the service and friendly nature of these people, I will gladly frequent the store in the future.

I went in there this afternoon looking for tools for my business and found a really great deal on a nail gun. The tool looks brand new and the price was amazing. The staff was very helpful and let me test it out thoroughly before I purchased it.

Great shopping experience. The manager by the name of Matt was very helpful. I observed him working with a coworker who seemed to need assistance. I stated to him I wish I had a Manger you like. He's very professional and passionate about his position. As with all the employess I've ever interected with at this location. There is a great selection if everything you may need. Been a long time customer and will continue to be. This is a great place to visit.

Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, personable. Jonathan helped me decide two products to buy, and informed me all about a 6-month protection plan that they offer. And the price sure beat buying a new one.

Irresponsible and lazy store manager named Richard closes the store early, when he feels like it. I had to call him on my visit to advise him that he had 3 patrons waiting to enter and that he closed early. His response was "those 5 minutes make a difference to him cause look at all the people who showed up" that's not acceptable, those 5 minutes means alot to those customers and the company who will profit from them!

I have been to this store a few times now and I always have a good experience. Today I was helped by Jeremy, along side Jeff, and they were fantastic. Would recommend this location to anyone!

My husband and I go to this pawn shop alll the time ! If you have items to pawn they will give you top dollar . I have to say I have my favorites there and they are JEFF !!!!! , JANEY !!!! , CHRISTIAN !!!!! And LINDA . THEY ALWAYS have smiles on their faces , absolutely the best people there ! They understand people's situation and always there to help. I couldn't thank them enough for their services.
