Always a large selection of items new & used. Great service and always a smile from the reps. They are great at making deals and even take a no without hassling you about insurance or warranty. They do assure you have 24hrs to return any item that doesn’t end up working. Alexis was my rep and always had a smile while helping me out. Was very polite and professional and made sure I was happy with my product. From pawning to selling to buying I definitely recommend them.

Excellent staff! Michelle and Alexis were great! I drove 4 hours from Miami to come pick up a dunk tank from them and they gave me a great deal on it! I’m very content with my purchase. :)

I was unfortunate enough to shop in the store yesterday and make two purchases. Brought items home and didn’t look at them until the next day as one of the items was a gift for my son still in box. Opened the item last night to find everything that belonged in the box was missing and different items put back in the box. Called the store today for a refund to find out there’s a 24 hour return policy and there’s nothing they can do. I only left one star because I couldn’t leave ZERO! Do a better job value pawn because like I told you on the phone my business and hopefully a few others goes elsewhere. There’s a much nicer shop across the street in the Bravo parking lot FYI.

I just want to say Benny, my salesman was awsome he always make me feel welcomed & always a great attitude. Definitely goes above and beyond to give me the best deals. He know I love my jewelry 👍🏻

I have been into the store a few times this year and everone is friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this store! Even if they are busy they work really hard to keep the flow going! And they have some good holiday deals going on.

Staff was very professional and did help me with selling my Apple Watch in order to pay my bill, customer service was excellent and provided me with a fair sale price. More than likely to return if I ever need to sell anything ( shoutout to the young woman with the curly hair ☺️)

I really like this location and the staff here are very friendly and helpful especially Benny. I was looking for a mower and after learning about my needs he recommended one that was above my price range but would actually be a better buy. I am very pleased with my purchase. They also have a new program called LANA which is a credit card that starts you off with $10 free and daily opportunities to win really nice prizes. I recommend this place. Just never know what great things you will find there at reasonable prices.

Fred has been here the whole time I have been coming, he's helped me with everything he's helped me even lower prices when I'm buying things he's helped me get more money when I'm pawning items Fred is the best guy here. Next Alexis she goes above and beyond as to looking things up helping out as much as she can do on everything she can to help. Also I can't forget my man Cruz I came in here and this man did the most he could to help me out in my time of need. I appreciate all three of these people you couldn't get anybody better. I got a loan for 3 items. When I returned with my receipt they told me they had no record of me ever being there. I call back today (2-5-2022) they tell me that all of my items have been sold. What is going on? The employee that handled my transaction is not employed there anymore. I think he took my items.

Value Pawn in Orange City is the only place I go for my cash needs. They are always providing you with the best customer service experience. They know their jobs and do a damn great job at it. They are honest and upfront with prices, which are great but the way. If you need cash it buy something at great value then head to them.

I have never been to this pawn shop before, this was my first time. I was in the market for a bicycle so we called to see what they had in store and they told us about what they had on the floor for sale and some they were just brought in. We decided to go look in person and I absolutely love the bike I picked out, brand new and fits me perfect. They young lady was so very nice and let me test ride it and even offered layaway. Definitely a great place and very great customer service. Highly recommend!

I was having an issue with Luna it's a little program that they have which I think it was my fault actually that I went back and looked. But I spoke with the sweetest woman named Alexis and she looked up my ticket number gave me more information very very useful information that will help me out 100% this month. And I usually dread calling places to ask them questions because they make it seem like it's a hardship to answer any of your questions with customer service these days. But I have to say Alexis gave me great information that will help me make sure I do not lose something very special to me she was kind energetic knew exactly what she was talking about very knowledgeable I have to tell you customer service would be such a better place if she trained everyone Thank you Alexis I really really appreciate

Where should I start? I’ve been going to this value pawn for over 10 years now. They have great quality items for cheap prices. I bought an LG TV over 7 years ago and the thing still works like new. There’s unwanted items I sale them and they give me great offers. I love Mrs. Linda Sanders, she’s so sweet and always find a way to go over and beyond for each and every customer. Their under new management and there’s a new organized look. Everything is in order and easy the browse through. I recommend this specific store to anyone who’s looking for a great bargain.
