I came in close to closing time and they were very friendly and weren't eager to push us out the door. I was very happy coming to this shop! They worked with me about the price and got a great deal on my items. I'm horrible with names, I believe his name is Bill, but he was very helpful. I will definitely be coming back to see them.

Had a wonderful experience here with Caroline. She went above and beyond to take care of me. She was polite professional and friendly everything you look for in customer service. I highly recommend them. Easily the best pawn shop in all volusia county. Thanks again!

I bought a laptop today and saved so much money a can't believe it . I'm so happy with the price I recommend this place to anyone looking for good name brand items. If you want to save some money go to La Familia Pawn and Jewelry and see if they have what you need before you go pay full price somewhere else. I will definitely go there and get the things a need from now on. I'm going there and get my new phone next.

The service gentleman vary professional I wish I remembered his name but I’m bad with names he helped my wife with watch and other stuff she wanted to look at. And even offered other products in store. And made us feel comfortable. And we needed up buying few things. Thanks to the guy at the orange city store!

Wonderful customer service oriented business! I stopped by to explain to Caroline that a delicate circumstance (death in the family) created a time sensitive need to find an old Sony Handy-cam Video Camera that utilizes mini-DV video cassette tapes. Our family had lots of 20+ year old video tapes. We wished to review and extract old memories for a memorial tribute. La Familia actually had the exact device I was looking for. Caroline went above and beyond to demonstrate the operation of the video camera and ensured all the cords were located. Thanks to this business I can properly honor the memory of my loved-one. I highly recommend this store… check them out.

I came into the La Familia pawn shop looking for a laptop recently and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t find what I was looking for during that visit. I was really impressed by the associate named Zuly as she was very courteous and professional. She went out of her way and notified me as soon as what I was looking for came in. Her customer service is above and beyond!!! The store was clean and organized. I will definitely visit that pawn shop again!

I was very impressed on the overall look of the store. I've been to a couple other pawn shops in the area, and they are nothing compared to LaFamilia. Very clean and organized, great selection, and the associates are very knowledgeable, nice and friendly, always smiling. Will definitely be doing business here again.

I haven't needed a loan from a pawnshop in many years, and looking back on it I don't recall it ever being a great experience...but I had never visited La Familia Pawn and Jewelry. Today I found myself in a jam and needed to put some funds in my bank ASAP. Thank goodness for La Familia and Caroline. Caroline treated me with kindness and respect while helping me through the whole process. I am truly grateful. They also have a nice inventory of items for sale. This place is a step up compared to those "other" pawn shops. I definitely recommend checking them out.

I've been going to La familia since they opened their store up doing pawns and getting loans and every visit is a positive visit. All Ways. A very friendly staff all around. They have all ways helped me with getting a good price fo buy or to pawn items. Definitely the place to go if your looking to buy or sell items. Love them!!

My experience was great. The gentleman that helped us was very polite and helpful.. howere the lady that was working is not a team player.. she was rude to 2 customers while I was there and was rude a few days back when my wife originally went to perchance a gold charm.. how ever this time the gentleman helped us and we was 100% satisfied.. will definitely come again.

Excellent customer service. My ring was stolen and this pawn shop does things RIGHT. They had it in their system, and assisted the detective in helping me get my wedding ring back. They were so nice and even waived their fee for me. Even though I didn’t really purchase anything from this shop, their customer service speaks for itself.

First time into the store and I was amazed on the cleanliness and the associates welcoming us as we walked in. I've never experienced this in any other Pawn Shops. We looked around for a bit and Caroline asked if we were looking for any specific. I was in the market for an Apple watch for my daughter and a laptop for my son. She took me over the the watches and explained what each series they had, and their specifics. We picked a Pink Series 4, which was perfect for my daughter. Then we headed over to the laptops, where Bill gave us some insight on which one would be the best for our son, based on what he needed it for. We were so happy with the whole experience. My husband was looking for a specific item, and even though they didn't have it in stock, Bill took our information and said he would get with us once they got it in from one of their other stores. What Pawn Shop does that?.....La Familia does. They truly treat you like family.
