Very Great business. I've had to Pawn some stuff here, I feel a day behind, never missed a payment, I explained my situation. And instead of taking my belongings, there going to let me pay a day late, besides that, there products are kinda top notch. Everything I boughten has work, without any problems. Would recommend to anyone. 10+

Called to ask if they had a Xbox elite controller in stock. They first person to answer told me that he thought they had a few and would look. I got put on hold so the guy could finish helping a costumer and go look. After about 10 mins a lady got on the phone and asked what I called for. I told her what I was looking for and she instantly told me no they don’t have any. So I went in to look for myself and literally watched them sell it to a customer. I’ve never had a problem with this place and it’s always been great service. Just wish she would’ve looked first and not just tell me no

Place is terrible literally came in twice to buy something and employees act as if your invisible. 0 stars to be honest.

Living an hour away, I had messaged them regarding estimates for items I wanted to sell. They replied instantly and gave me great ballpark numbers and my experience once I arrived was overwhelming. I could spend hours in the store browsing through all of their inventory. It was my first time going to a pawn shop, and I would recommend FNP in Sioux Falls to anyone.

If you need a loan this is by far the fastest and easiest way to get the money you need. No haggle, everything is up front and in writing. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because I told them I needed a million bucks, their offer was far less than that million, but it was fair!

I am sorry to write this review, as over the past 2 years, I'd always had remarkably great experiences here. My visit yesterday was a huge disappointment. When looking at jewelry, I had to ask the 3 people working and gathered together by the register, chatting - if they could help me. Then I felt hurried and a bother to then when I asked questions about the items I looked at. When I asked about having my diamond ring prongs repaired, as I've had then do before, I was shuffled around and they never even took the ring to send to repair! What? Blew me off. Very rude and dismissive. Prices seemed higher than usual, particularly weed wackers. The place was not busy at all and the 3 young workers werent anyone I knew from the last couple of years. Sad. I wanted to buy a diamond ring and I wanted to tighten a diamond ring I had and I accomplished nothing but a bad experience, overall.

Everybody there is really nice. They made genuine effort to give me as much as they could on my pawn loan, and they were sympathetic to the fact that no one wants to be in a pawn shop doing a loan

Walked into this store after visiting town for a corporate event. Mark was the first to approach me as I walked in and he was phenomenal. Although I wasn't expecting to buy anything I walked out with some new wireless bests for a great price.. they came in handy on the airplane. I will definitely come back next time I'm in town. Thank you for the great service.

I've been going to first national pawn since I first moved to Sioux falls SD in April 2019 I have pawn things and with a week or 2 i take them out now it's like going to borrow money from a friend or a family member no problem and I have always been shown the best hospitality from all staff and respected everytime I've visited for a loan and I've never pawned anything in my 51 years of life but I'm proud that I found my first experience at first national pawn I don't and won't go anywhere else.

The lady that helped me was very nice and she gave me a good prize on a laptop thank you I will always come back the ur pawn shop

Awesome place Carolyn helped me buy my subs and an awesome amp. Love her honesty and her humor.. she had to get some help as her knowledge of amps weren’t the best, however I love the team work as she had no problem finding someone ( another employee) to help her hook me up.

I've always done business with first national. Today's services was beyond my expectations thanks to Jeremy. The TV I wanted had no remote and he looked high and low for one for both TVs I purchased even tho one said it came with no remote. And he gave me a great deal on both! He's your guy if you wanna do good business with at First National Pawn.

This shop has always helped me. They are courteous and polite and nice every time anyone walks through the door. If they weren't able to help me they've directed me to somewhere where I was able to get help. They always give you a fair price and if they are not able to accommodate you they let you know right away. I recommend the store to everyone I know. I will continue to bring my business here.

This is BY FAR the BEST pawn shop in the city. The staff says, YES, and they don't undervalue your items! Tim was the guy who helped me today and I was floored by his customer service skills and professionalism. Because of the kindness they showed me today I will be buying a nice gold ring from there this weekend and only doing business there from now on.

This place is awesome, you are greeted when walking through the door. Prices are very good. I bought 2 250 GB ps3 consoles and both were defective. I brought them back with a receipt and exchanged them for 500GB consoles and some games free of charge. If you want someone to take care of you these guys will Edit: This was a wonderful place before the new managment they have there now. Do not go here they will rip you off, and take advantage of you.

Thanks for letting us stand there for over half an hour and not even acknowledging our existence. I understand that the environment is a little ghetto but your employees don’t have act it too. It literally takes a second to say “I’ll be with you in just a minute”. Eye contact and ZERO words. We’ve bought a few things there BUT we will NEVER be back. Complete garbage You weren’t even busy.

Tried to under price an item I came in with to sell. Proceeded to tell me how much it was going for and then only offered me half of that. Seriously, do they think people don't research their items before they bring them in? Their offer was rather insulting, and when I said that was too low they opt to push me aside and help the next person. Never really looked around, not interested in ever going back.

I'm taking a photography class for school. I had no idea where to begin. So we go to the pawn shop and run into a professional photographer who works there! It was great. We felt confident in the choice we made, and she explained everything perfectly! And now I have an awesome camera. Super knowledgable, and friendly!

For a pawn shop, I always go here first. It's the staff that keeps it that way. They are always friendly. Always fair about what we are dealing with. They always have information on what they have.

Zero return policy on any electronics. Mine as well play a gamble for cheaper on Marketplace. Bought an amplifier, and it was not working so I brought it back. No refunds, and no exchange. This company lost my business for good. They use to be good, and would make right on defective electronics; that was then, and this is their policy now. They do not make you aware of this policy when you make a purchase. Other shops will have a 15 day return, and I highly suggest going elsewhere.

Gave me a great deal on my guitar even knocked down the price of an amp 30$ very helpful today good down to earth employee s .

Just moved here from Wisconsin. What a difference they gave me 50 bucks more then my old pawn shop gave for a pawn. Plus John even tried to see if he could get a game working for me on my lab top that I didint even get there. Fantastic customer service from John and chalis

I had an issue with a chain saw I bought. I bought the protection plan with it. I brought it in and they verified it was broken. They didn’t have another 18” chain saw, so Sean was nice enough to swap the chain and the bar onto the new one I got (I had just bought two new chains for it). I didn’t have to ask or anything - he just did it. Awesome customer service and great attitudes, even through a pandemic. Props to Sean.

I been coming here for a few years now.When pawning I get pretty mu h top dollar. When I have purchased , I have always gotten good products that last, except once on a electronic, it had a buzzing sound. Brought it back and received another just like it.Employees are pleasant. Only complaint I have is wait time to get a rep. to help because they are so busy. I rate them 4.5 stars out of 5

The level of professionalism here, is beyond my expectations. I've enjoyed visiting pawn shops, all over the country, to find something unique or discover a great deal. Not every pawn place, is a great experience, as is the nature of the business, so I'm no novice to critiquing a pawn business. As (tough) luck would have it, I was in need of emergency cash and entrusted First National Pawn with the transaction. They were professional, prompt and have an excellent and easy program to pay off your loan, even sending reminders to your cell! The level of service is exceptional, the quality of goods is great with vast selection! I've also purchased jewelry from them for an excellent value, as well as had jewelry repair work done with them. Integrity is everything in business and this place has it, Pawn Stars has nothing on the team at First National Pawn. My loyalty and endorsement, goes to them, as they treated me well, during a difficult time and have always delivered on providing a great experience and professional service.

My go to place! Sean is definitely the most helpful, friendly, and above and beyond staff member there. Even with all the Covid stuff going on they have proven to be level headed, and fluid functioning. And they give you an optional 6 months warranty!?!?!?!? There are no reasons to say anything bad about this place

The staff is very friendly, however they have a no refund policy that I was unaware of when I purchased a laptop. It did not have a good graphics card for my game (not the pawn shops fault) so I brought it back the next day and was stuck getting in store credit. I think this policy should be revised. HOWEVER when I went back to spend my store credit the gentleman helping me was great. He answered all of my questions and recommended games and then gave me a discount on them! So aside from an exchange/in store credit only policy they are amazing

Excellent customer service from Jeremy. I feel very comfortable when Jeremy is helping me when I come there and he is fair to every customer I see him working with. Love the quality of customer service. My two comments that would be helpful are a dress code. The men who wear suites and ties are more approachable and the woman all lack professionalism. The store needs cleaned and dusted especially the front counter and computers.

Dallas is a wonderful person to work with. He helped me look for everything I was interested and helped me sell what I needed to sell. He seemed fair in his approach and knew what kind of prices the items were listed at. Great place. Great guys.

Love the place, it looks great bought a T.V. This week and got the Smart plan. What a deal! Carolyn was very friendly and informative on the info she gave... promise next time I come in I’ll be getting that Xbox one for sure.

No organization, pawns, buys, layaways all mixed into one line, The lines are way to long, company doesn't have enough help getting to the lines. Could not find a manager, employees are rude, Can not say enough about this place and what rough shape it is in. People who want to buy something can not get assistance, and if you want something you have to stand in the line just to try to get someones attention. I was there and finally was able to see someone, and He turns away from me and serves on another customer, like what the hell am I not a customer do I not deserve to be helped out. Believe me when I tell you it just is not worth the wait in line nor the stress that place puts you through. Going else where.
