I had a really good experience. Julie assisted me and Chad is awsome like Julie. They're gonna help me rebuild my credit and I didn't want a clonker and I liked that warranty plan also when I was there they offered me coffee right away which I needed and even then I couldn't even really wake up while going through a few different cars, they had no problem reminding my sleepy butt that it's always best to stay in a range that I think I can afford and they helped me find a really good car in my range that I was looking for. They didn't try to rob me and that was an unusual nice feeling.

Came in today in search of a new vehicle, unsure of what I wanted and what options I had. A few short hours later I walked out with a nicely used 2014 Ford Fusion. Great clean place to sit with the sales people. Friendly environment. Easy process. Would recommend!

We filled out the initial documents online and within a day we were contacted by the dealership. The following day we walked in a little leary and worried because we had not purchased in a long while (5years) so we didn't know what to expect. The entire process was smooth comfortable and fast. Sara the salesperson was amazing and kind we brought our grandson with us and she definitely helped us get through it and entertained him as well. Don't believe the bad reviews if your in need I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a good quality vehicle and the 24 month 24,000 mile warranty is also a nice benefit that comes with all their used vehicles! Don't be worried, they will take good care of you and without all the BS you may find elsewhere!

Stephan is amazing! He listened to what we wanted, worked with us on all aspects as far as vehicle wants and needs and financing. He has a great sense of humor and makes you feel comfortable in your car buying experience. This is our second time working with him, and we will continue to go to Stephan with any questions, concerns or even buy another vehicle!

They have great service, we have had issues with our car we bought from them not there fault more so General Motors fault. But they have been great with helping us getting the repairs needed done to our vehicle and working with payments to fix the car when we live over an hour and half away. Once our loan is up we will be coming back for another new vehicle. Chris has been awesome to work with and we can’t thank him and the company enough thank you!

I had already talked to a couple of other places and had no luck being able to buy a car. I knew Wheel City was pretty much guaranteed but I didn't realize how truly affordable it is. Dante is the guy that helped me out. He was fun to have around. Easy going and let me take the wheel so to speak. Gave a few suggestions and asked what I liked. Drove them around a couple times. Spent some time looking over the engines asking all kinds of detailed info. They even do reports to see if the car has ever been in an accident or damaged. Full disclosure...loved that for sure. He was just super great and such a help getting me into my new car. It wasn't a pushy kind of environment trying to get ya into a car you can barely afford. They truly do want to help you and get you into something within your price range. They negotiate payments to get as close to that dollar amount as possible.

Never going through them again. Bought my car 2 months ago and now have to replace the whole engine and they are wanting me to pay for 30% of the cost. There is no way this is my fault when I have only had it for 2 months. This was an issue prior to me signing the paperwork and driving off the lot.

My car died across the road and the manager didn’t hesitate to come over and ask if everything was okay. After I explained my situation he grabbed a jump starter pack and was on my way in under 10 seconds. Id been sitting there for a while but as soon as he saw me he was quick to act!!

About a year ago these fine folks put my sister into a very clean used car. She had been turned away by two other dealers but the Wheel City staff worked hard and got it done. Last month I recommended a friend who was having similar issues and Wheel City handled it and got him into a great car. They are now two for two. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! When I first purchased a vehicle here, I thought it was a great way to get a car with bad credit, and even thought the company was kind to replace the cracked windshield. Little did I know that they were selling me a ticking time bomb! Both myself and a coworker purchased cars from Wheel City, and right after the warranty ended on both of our vehicles, major problems began to arise with the cars. Electrical malfunctions, Catalytic Converters failing, and so much more. I've had to have my car in the shop longer than I've been able to drive it, and every time I had the car inspected by Wheel City's preferred mechanics, they conveniently never found anything wrong with it, even after I showed them that other locations had found multiple issues. Again, do NOT go with Wheel City. You will have better luck buying from a private owner.

They gave me great offer on my trade and got my payments where I wanted them. When your in a bad spot and need to rebuild your credit. They're ready to help.
