The service was great and very comfortable. The best part was they took the time and had the understanding that committing to a car finance deal is a big deal and I had questions. Also the car I bought needed some new tires, asked about it and the branch manager didnt even hesitate. "No problem we will get you some new tires."

I originally wrote a good review, but realized I was scammed by morning. I was blatantly lied to by Tarah, the manager. She told me the windows worked and I believed her. The car has no AC and only 1 working window in 100 degree heat. When I called the next morning to complain about that, she said she didn’t “lie”, the mechanic had fixed it because the back one was stuck down and then he got it to go back up. Then she told me that my seat didn’t have to adjust for her to legally sell it and she wouldn’t be fixing that. And no one seems to care that the passenger side door only opens from the outside. These are safety issues. I did not think I had to roll all the windows down and back up on a test drive. I didn’t think I had to make sure a door and seat work. The worst past is, they knew I was doing this without my husband against my will. They acted like they cared and were trying to help. Instead, I have an overpriced piece of scrap. She also berated my trade in (that she gave me less than scrap value for anyway) when I called to ask for these things to be fixed. I needed a new car urgently because my transmission went out. They basically have zero cars on the lot that don’t have multiple issues. I also noticed one of my back lights is missing as well- it’s just completely gone lol. They don’t even replace basic parts when they put these cars on the lot. BUYER BEWARE!!

Tarah was so great to work with! It was a long process trying to find a car that worked for us and was in our budget but she was patient and kept us updated throughout. We don’t have the best credit but now we have a reliable car that will be perfect for our family! Thank you Tarah!

Bought a car here had the car for 2 weeks and it broke down. Had troubles starting in the morning so I replaced the battery and starter out of my own pocket the only thing they covered was the fuel pump. They sold me basically a bad car that had starting problems and didn't want to help with the repairs if it wasn't covered under their warranty. It's even a hassle to get them to pay for what's covered under their warranty. Have to stay on top of them about it.

Got a car today! I needed one to get to work and have horrible credit. All the employees are very nice, but huge shout out to Sarah. Ur awesome!

Tarah is fantastic!! I had an issue my newly acquired vehicle, and she went above and beyond, to get it resolved. She’s very good at her job , and definitely cares about customer satisfaction.

***** WARNING***** If I could give negative stars I would. This is the absolute worst place to get a car even if you have bad credit. They sold me a lemon and told me Specialty Wheel & Tire did a bunch of work on it and there's no issues... 2 days after buying the car broke down.. took to Specialty and they never seen the car before.. Car Hop then bashed the shop... they were extremely rude and disrespectful to myself and belittled and made fun of my disabled gf making her cry and have a panic attack... then they said they repoed the vehicle after refunding my money so when I went to buy a new vehicle I couldn't register it as I had a line on my license for the tax title and license on a vehicle I never owned... this was the absolute worse experience of my life and I would recommend not going here...

Ashley was wonderful to work with. This location was short staffed the day I stopped in, but I was never left alone for long, and was always checked in on during the process. With as busy as it was, as people continued to walk in they were politely greeted and helped, and weren't treated like they were a bother. The process was smooth and easy.

My best advice is to save up as much money as you can and never go here! Ever!

Harley is one of the rudest sales people I have ever dealt with. I went here due to the good reviews I read and I now know good reviews mean nothing. He started by showing me multiple vehicles and then told me I could not get them. He then, short of physically stopping me from leaving, argued with me when I said I needed to go because the person that was with me needed to get to a doctor appointment. I had to actually walk out while he was talking to his boss in order to leave. While I was gone I swung by another dealer and within 30 minutes the other dealer had me approved for a 2016 vehicle. Against my better judgment I told them I wanted to think about it and I went back here to talk to Harley. At this point he welcomed me back and informed me the only thing he could get me in was a 2005 with almost 180,000 miles. I informed them of the other dealership and Harley basically accused me of lying. He asked me to come by with the vehicle to prove that I was telling the truth. He then insulted my credit which I already knew was bad which is why I was trying to work with them. Due to his insult multiple other customers that were there now also know my credit score. Long story short, go anywhere but here!! I recommend wheel city!! This is EXACTLY what happened to me. This does not include multiple people came in with vehicles they just purchased that they were already having issues with. I have also never seen such dirty vehicles on a sales lot with so many issues.

Needed a new vehicle. Worked with Jonathon. Did an awesome job getting a reliable vehicle with a lower down payment than what I said I could do. They even let me use the vehicle to go get the money for the down payment among other things. What other dealership will let you do that??? I would definitely suggest them if you need a vehicle.

Carhop helped me out with getting a new vehicle since the truck I previously got from them the engine gave out, and I was currently in process of moving and starting a new career. In less then 48hours they where able to get me approved for a new vehicle even though I haven't started my new job yet and really focused on making sure that everything was good on vehicle I was interested in. Make sure to test drive to a mechanic before buying... or just don't go here if you want to be treated with respect in general! Sold a lemon car and now they are taking advantage of a mentally handicapped person... They saw an opportunity and took it, good job Harley. Will never recommend and I'd rather walk if I ever find myself needing a vehicle.
