Great Plains Pawn W 41st St, Sioux Falls

This place is awesome! A giant selection of guns, jewelry, tools, monitors, probably whatever you’re looking for! The real reason this place is awesome is the staff! Richard does an amazing job of explaining things to you and talking them over to make sure you really understand. I never once felt like I was bothering him with my ignorance. Richard would be an asset to any employer, but his customer service shines through here. 5 stars all around.

I needed a laptop for school and Richard was so kind and patient and helped me find the perfect laptop, and worked with me on the price, and offered a 6 month warranty, and it was an amazing experience overall. I will DEFINITELY be coming here for all my future needs. Highly recommend, and thank you so much!!!

Bought a Nintendo Switch for a 34 hour plane trip i'll be on in a few weeks and planned to let my wife's nephew have it to play on their TV, and the Switch worked except for the ZL button on the blue joycon and the dock didn't work at all. Should test their electronics before they sell them to avoid these issues. Would return but it's not worth the 40 minute drive back. Will just have to buy a different dock and joycon online.

We stopped here on our way back to Minnesota just to see what they had for rings and hunting/gun accessories. We left with a very nice ring for the wife and a like new rangefinder I'll be using very soon for bow season. The prices were really good and service was awesome! The gentleman that helped us was a pretty laid back badass dude. My only regret is not getting the name of the gentleman that helped us so I could add it to this review. Next time we're in town we'll be stopping again!

Really good place to go they are really fair on there prices

I’m into vintage guitars and audio equipment and while pawn shops can have cool stuff, they are often not very friendly or easy to work with. Great Plains Pawn is the exception. Super friendly staff, good prices, and nice rotating inventory.

They treat you like a real customer even after you purchase something. Will be coming back in the future!

Cody helped me out with a purchase of jewelry and electronics. He not only gave me a deal his customer service was amazing! some of those traditional pawnshops where you’re are sitting by the jewelry cabinet and having to wait forever there was none of that there!! Cody help me right away and it was awesome experience!! Totally recommend buying items from great plains pawn!!!

This shop is one of the younger shops in Sioux falls, it is the down to earth, easy going, intelligent staff, that set them apart. As well as being able to interact digitally as to not waste anyone's time. I recommend to anyone considering pawning or selling their unused items to first message Great plains pawn. Even if you go with another shop you will have a prompt digital offer aka text response and alternate offer to go off of immediately. Rather than have to drag anything in or out of your home and vehicle. Leaders in the pawn game in my book. I don't use pawn services very often but the times I have interacted with their staff I have been nothing less than impressed.

Good store, large selection of items. I was looking at TVs and they have several. Very clean, staff is really helpful and nice. I’ll definitely visit again.

These people are the best many times I have been in here to sell and buy from them always a fair price on everything and they r not afraid to make a fair and deal u can afford I travel alot for my work so I have been all over the United States so I go to lots of pawn shops but this one is by far the best such friendly people who work there with great stuff I can honestly say this is tge best pawn shop in all my years of travel and good honest people and in my home town too this just makes me happy and they r so welcoming and friendly if I could give u more than 5 stars I would give u guys infinity plus one thanks so much to everyone who works there check this place out
