He sent me the forms to fill out in order to rate lock, and asked that i get them back to him that evening (which i did). Fast forward one month and he has not answered any of my emails or calls. This company uses robo calls to relentlessly call from unknown blocked numbers. They leave a message to call their representative, but do not leave the correct NMLS number, violating do not call list legal requirements. If they call you, join the masses filling claims against them, and save the voice mail messages because each violation carries a $10,000 penalty. Soon, I'll pay off my mortgage using penalties this company is accruing by allowing auto dialers to call me all hours of the day, or night.
