This is my first time refinance my mortgage with America Loan since interest rate is 1.5% lower compare to my current mortgage rate. American Loan is doing very quick and completed their paperwork on time, especially they have their own group of different skills and certify that able to get the process faster. Also, they are very familiar with living trust and willing to take care that at no cost. Service is great and accurate. I have no issue at all. I also have refer couple of my coworkers to them for refinancing as well since their services and interest rate is lower compare to others. Unfortunately, there is no refer bonus. Overall, I would recommend American Loan to new home buyer or refinance.
