I bought a vehicle back in late November. I had told the sales person I did not want the alarm added on the vehicle. It was not advertised on the price and he still said it needed to be purchased. This is untrue the alarm is OPTIONAL but they did not want to purchase the vehicle without it. They still went ahead and put in on the contract. Once I had to sign the documents in finance. I asked them to hold my check and when I did that I stated to the finance person that if he could put a sticky on there to they would do it on a specific day. He didn’t list and wrote it on the check which was not legible. I was upset to find out they cashed the check before I asked them to do it. I emailed the finance manager and director and they did not have the courtesy of replying back to me. Which I found very unprofessional. I did not have a good experience. When I signed the paperwork the sales person was so indifferent as he saw other people come in. He shifted his attention towards them. I wouldn’t go back. I’m giving two stars because I do like the car I got.

I have bought 2 cars from this dealership German and Japanese. In the time that has passed they have gone through several staff members, there is a high turnover rate here with service and other staff. Long response times and it used to be a 5 star rating until Joel from service left. At the end of the day they really don’t care about the bad reviews or that I’m no longer going there but just a heads up they don’t live up to the Alfa Romeo name.

I had no issues with trading in my gas guzzler v8 sedan for a newer car that suited the amount of driving I do. They gave me a fair trade in value for car and I was in and out within and hour. Thanks to Rudy and Francisco for the help!

I have to start by saying the salesman Nikko who greeted me, though he was very new was amazing to work with. Very friendly and accommodating. I went in to test drive two cars... one, I was told that I needed to have my credit check ran first. Never heard someone needing to have a credit check ran just to test drive to see if you even like the car. Lets say I did not like the car, now I would have an inquiry for nothing. Nikko some how got his manager to just allow me to test drive that. Then afterwards I go in to by one of the cars that I test drove.. a mercedes c300.. I was either willing to 75-80% down and finance the rest or if all else fell, just pay cash for it all. I was told a price, which included an accessory package of $2250... one of which included a gps system. I mentioned that I came to purchase a car, not your added accessories included the GPS. The sales manager stated that they preinstall them on all of their cars and that it must be purchased if I wanted the car. I politely gathered my things and thanked him and Nikko for their time.. promptly went to Mercedes of san Diego dealership and the same thing, for the same price just different color. If you are going to buy a new or used car and that's all you want is the car.. This likely isn't the place for you.. they will add thousands worth of things and for you to pay for it. Think of going to buy some jeans and they tell you it come with a computer and make you pay for that. The sales manager states all of the dealerships around was doing that.. They actually aren't... not even good ol car max across the street. Do not be fooled into buying something you do not want..

Every time I come here staff is not very welcoming. I feel pressured in having to buy a car from them even when I let them know I’m just looking to see if I like a car or not. The staff act like they are too good specially the guy who is up in service. I’ve been here around 3-4 times even before it was just Alfa Romeo and had the same experience. I wont be coming back.

I had the best experience buying my car at the K & S Auto Sales a couple weeks ago. Kareem, Eric, Joshua, and Arturo all helped me out to get the car I wanted. They were not the typical pushy sales men and truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase. They ended up getting me a great deal, a great interest rate for a first time buyer, and also bought my car for a great price. Kareem made sure I was leaving with an amazing deal because he knew I loved the new car. He even made sure the car was in great condition since it was 2 years old. First and foremost, K & S Auto has the most real and upfront owner I have ever worked with!! Kareem (the owner) was off on the Sunday my husband and I went in but he came in to have an open and real conversation with his employees. I don't even know where to begin! This was my first time purchasing a car on my own, and K & S Auto was my first stop because of all the rave. And let me tell you - the hype is real. My experience with Alfa SD has been nothing short of outstanding. Sales were not pushy and made the process very simple. The service department has spectacular. Karl of the service department has even come in on his days off to take care of my vehicle. The work I needed complete was done within 24hrs and the price was lower than other parties offers. I wish I could give this place negative stars. K&S Alfa Romeo’s management and staff were unfriendly and uneducated. If you are looking to buy an Alfa or to get one serviced, there are some up north a bit more. I recommend doing anything/ everything possible to avoid this one (San Diego). Hire a better staff, this place is ridiculous!

I am glad to see so many positive reviews and that is why I drove 2 hours to see a car that I was very interested in at this dealership. However my experience was not so good. I was never told about the GPS theft protection, the sales person never mentioned it as an additional feature and never discussed it in the offer. Big red flag! Plus upon looking closer at the fine print I was being charged $1500 on top of the price of the car. The sales staff was very eager to make a quick sale they rushed me through the process. I began questioning the features on the car which was unclear. Extremely disappointed in this operation especially because I wanted to buy the car. BUYERS BEWARE

I have been looking for a new car for a while. When your boyfriend is sick worried every time you drive, it might be time to retire your dear car. So, after lots of online search and research, I randomly found the car I wanted to buy at K&S. I scheduled a test drive and I immediately got contacted by Chris, who from then on was with me every step of the way and helped me trade in my old car as well. The whole experience was very smooth, I understood everything I was getting, they handled everything so that I don't have to go to the DMV at all... If I am ever looking for another car, I will definitely come back to them 😊

I went to a couple dealerships to look into getting a new car however I wasn’t satisfied. I went to K & S Auto just to look, test drove a bunch of cars and found the perfect car. so far so good. took my car in for a recall and they did it very quickily . the guy in the service and parts was the nicest guy and took the time to explain some things he recommended me to do. the other day i had a check engine light and i was a little scared to drive it but when i made it there they took the time to look and see what the issue was . im now getting a new engine that the warrenty covers and im very relieved to know its in good hands . i look forward to picking up my stelvio when they finished . very professional and personable experience 🙌 thanks guys

I had my eye on a 2015 Lexus IS 250 for almost a month and was unable to make the drive from San Bernardino to San Diego due to my busy schedule. Fast forward a month later, i spoke to Josh and surprisingly the car was still there. I drove to San Diego the very next morning on Christmas Eve. I got there and was kindly greeted by Josh and the owner. They brought the car to the front, and i inspected it & test drove it. The only issue with the car was that it had a broken side view mirror. Josh promised me a brand new mirror if we came to an agreement on the final price and monthly payments for the car. We got to our agreement and did not feel pressured by him like most sales people do to buyers. I was completely satisfied with our agreement and signed away! I got a detail and full tank of gas and the ride back home was probably the happiest i been in a while. A week later, i go back for the mirror i was promised and the K&S auto sales team filled up my tank again for having to come back and getting my mirror installed. I’ve had the car for 8 months already and had some maintenance at the Lexus dealership and detected no problems! Overall, i was extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend friends and relatives to shop here, as well as anyone else in search of a new car!

Found k &s by googling Audi A3’s and noticing the great prices on 2 black A3’s. My heart was set on an A3/black. I went in all by myself (first time looking for a car by myself, no dad or bf with me), I was nervous because I really didn’t want to be pressured or haggled by someone trying to take advantage of a young female by herself. I was so pleased with my experience. The day prior I went and test drove an Audi, at the dealership in Mira Mesa, and the guy I talked to couldn’t have been less interested in me or the sale of the car. He gave me no info, barely talked to me about my wants/needs in the kind of car i wanted to purchase. Totally weird experience. I went to K & S the next day to see 2 black audi’s and was approached by Joshua! The experience here couldn’t have been any more opposite as the day prior at audi. Joshua knew every answer to every question I asked and didn’t pressure me into ANYTHING! The only thing he asked me is what was holding me back from buying that day and I was honest and told him I was just looking. He was honest with everything I asked. He even gave me some pointers while looking for prices for my trade-in value on my Scion. I was so pleased with my experience here, I would recommend anyone to check them out! My coworker even bought a car from them the next week! They seem like a trustworthy family owned business and loyal to their customers. Needless to say, my bf convinced me the day I went in to purchase my car, to buy a white audi a3 s-line 🤦🏼‍♀️.... Aaaand I left with the White Audi and so glad I did, I love it! I would, however, remove 1/2 star if i could because Audis usually come with 3 keys and i only received one.. i have to pay $400+ if i wanted to get myself a spare key, kind of unsettling for me to know i dont have a spare key and don’t know where those other 2 are 😬. I guess that’s a risk you take buying a used, 3yr old car. 2 weeks later I am still texting Josh with questions about the car and he never hesitates to answer me or brushes me off. It’s a good feeling when a car business still has your back even after they have your money! 😁 That’s a sign of a respectable car business. My daughter and I have been looking for cars for a while now and came across a few here. This company recently became a Alfa Romeo and hired a rude, ignorant, unqualified service specialist from now-closed Alfa dealer. I am a two time Stelvio owner and regret my decision to buy my last one simply because of their new service specialist. My first Stelvio had 2 recalls and issues were handled (same specialist at a different dealer) properly. Car also had, over 2 years, some electrical issues and he failed to diagnose and correct the problems. My second Stelvio developed a persistent engine noise and I took it to him to diagnose the problem. He took the car in and when I came back to pick up the car, he said the noise was simply wind noise. I tried to explain the noise mechanical but he was very adamant. He didn't allow me to test-drive with a mechanic. Alfa Romeo arranged a service visit 75 miles away in Newport Beach. With a assistance from Alfa Romeo factory technicians, that dealer's service manager reported that the car had a major factory defect. 3 weeks and $3,000 (covered by Alfa) later, my car repaired. When I visited this new dealer for my car's first oil change, I sadly discovered that same service specialist was working here. I kindly told him about my experience during the ordeal, explained how the other handled my car's problem. He told me to take the car elsewhere, stated that he had the 'right' to refuse business to anyone and that's what he did. Dealer's GM listened to me, seemingly with empathy. Promised to call me for remedy but never did. Alfa's territory manager advised dealer's owner to reset the relations but didn't care to reach out to me. Stelvio is an amazing and beautiful car which can potentially present various degree of problems. But, this dealer does not have the right team to handle the issues.

What a fantastic experience!! Joel is amazing!! Worked with us to get our car fixed during vacation since we live out of state and not near a dealership. Fixed everything we mentioned and checked it over completely and fixed some additional issues we didn’t know about. Had it done and clean when we showed up to pick up the car. 6 words..."The Best Car Buying Experience Ever"!!! Besides getting the best deal in the nation on my 2015 Audi R8 the staff at K&S was beyond exceptional. From Francisco answering my first phone call and numerous txts about small details on the car to Arturo helping me with financing and Kareem making the best deal happen, I was totally impressed with every detail of my purchase. I can honestly say all these guys really made an effort to help me get the car of my dreams. At first I was hesitant with the mixed reviews on Yelp but I can speak first hand and say that the bad reviews are non sense!! I walked on the lot with jeans, sneakers and a sweater and they didn't judge me on my appearance like most dealers would when you are buying $150K plus car. They were very helpful, answered all my questions and allowed me to test drive the vehicle without running my credit. That goes a long way considering no Audi dealer will ever allow that. Kareem took me out on the test drive personally and by the time we got back the deal was done. I was refinancing my house so I let Kareem know I couldn't run my credit due to the refinance and he said no problem leave me a refundable deposit and when you get your approval come back and we will make the deal happen. The refinance took a little longer that expected and Kareem was offered multiple cash offers and even dealers offering to pick up the car at a higher price and Kareem declined the offers even after my despot period expired. Any other dealer would have took the higher offer and called it a day but instead Kareem kept his word and waited the extra days to make the deal happen. I will defiantly buy again from Kareem and refer all my family and friends not only for the amazing prices but how the entire staff at K&S handles business!

Besides the great selection of cars, K & S auto sales has an amazing staff. As soon as we walked in we where greeted by Omar and asked what we were looking for. I went to K and S and expected a rushed buying experience like the dealer across the street from them. I was 100% percent wrong. First off i dealt with the most patient and enthusiastic salesman i've ever come across. They will work with you help you find the best deal to fit your budget. The owner is passionate and cares about your buying experience as well. In all if you want a upscale buying experience and want to deal with genuine people come here. I don't have the best creditand still came out witha awesome car!!

I made an appointment to have them look at the center control knob that was not working correctly. I could not select options on the main infotainment screen. I was greeted kindly by one of the service advisor Francisco ("Frankie"). Explained to him the issue was able to write up the repair order. He then showed me around the dealership as to the waiting area, coffee and the name of their WIFI. I explained to him the I would wait until they had a diagnosis and then determine transportation arrangements back home if my vehicle had to remain at the dealership for an extended time. The good new was that the part was going to be replaced under warranty and that the part was in stock. They also noticed that the main infotainment screen was delaminating and would also be replaced under warranty. He informed me it would only take about an hour and I am so pleased about the service I received at this dealership.

Edit PLEASE BEWARE!: The day after our purchase here we became victims of identity theft. Our info was used to purchase a luxury vehicle at a dealership in Southern CA. 7 hard credit pulls all at car dealerships over the 2 days following our purchase. We paid with a cashiers check but they still had gathered all of our information needed to finance a car. The dealership has been contacted and said this would be investigated and police reports filed. I am not accusing anyone but the series of events is too suspicious. We bought our daughters 1st car here on Saturday. It was the best car buying experience we have had. We worked with Chris and Mason who were both professional and helpful. Despite being very busy, they both took their time and made sure all our questions were answered. They made my daughter feel so special and put the red bow on her new (used) car for pics with all of us and the owner, Kareem. The environment was friendly and no pressure. Highly recommend.

Bought my Bmw 435i gran coupe’ a month so ago. Salesman Jay (very tall guy) was very knowledgeable and nice, alongside with other employees making you feel very welcomed outside and inside the shop. I had a amazing experience at K&S, the overall process was supper smooth and didn’t take too long and above all the customer service you receive from all the staff members is beyond amazing. Christian my salesperson was amazing supper friendly and answered all the questions I had, as well as Mercedes she makes you feel welcomed and part of the family. I will definitely be back for another car, having had such a great experience! Highly recommend place to anyone! Kareem and his staff are one in a million.

So....this was an interesting experience. We all know Alfa Romeo is not known for its expansive dealership access so if you find a good one pray it stays! I took my Stelvio in for scheduled maintenance, they were very accommodating of my schedule and the actual dealership is well-appointed so no issues waiting it out. Now the fun part...I needed/wanted to get my pano roof aligned as I noticed it didn't sit flush #Alfa...lol and they ordered the parts. It seemed the dealer knew what they needed but the warehouse was logistically confused and sent the part but something was missing. This shenanigans resulted in my vehicle being there for a week. They gave me a loaner and kept me updated along the way. The maintenance rep, Shad is a good dude and ensured I was taken care of. This dealership experience was positive and I know that if in the future (knock on wood) should anything go wrong they will work diligently to represent the brand!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. This review is soooo long over due BUT here goes. I bought my car last June. I was so excited to finally make a big purchase on my own and they completely ruined the experience for me and I'm still dealing with this awful car a year later because of this place. They didn't have the car ready to drive off the lot but didn't tell me that until after I signed everything. I didn't get the car for a MONTH after purchasing which really made me think something was wrong with it (which there is). They continued to tell me they were waiting for parts from Germany and it was taking so long due to covid. I FINALLY get the car after calling and going in a million times.. I drive it off the lot and immediately tire lights were going off and sensors were missing. I didn't even bother going back because I didn't want to deal with these terrible people anymore. A couple months ago the whole entire AC system in my car broke(it's a 2017 Mercedes so this shouldn't be happening) Another place I brought it to get fixed said there is a spliced wire which is causing an electrical issue. So they either did this to the car or definitely knew what they were selling me.. I'm now putting so much money into a car they sold to me knowing it was a terrible car. Whatever you do DO NOT buy a car or even get your car serviced from these people. Wish I could give them negative stars

Dealership is 1st class and well run, easing my concerns about flying down from the bay area and buying a car from them. The technician I hired to do the PPI gave great reviews of the dealership and how clean the car was. I worked with jasmina, whom I highly recommend, as she gave extremely thorough followup on questions that I had for her. She had no problem finding the answers to questions she didn't know and was the consummate professional.

So my husband and I purchased a car from them 3 weeks ago....we were so amazed with their excellent customer service that we went back for our second luxury vehicle yesterday!!! The "family" at K&S is beyond amazing! Eric was super attentive to our needs and made sure to work out a deal with the banks that fit us and our budget (for both vehicles) before we even physically arrived at the dealership. Alex was the perfect salesman and didn't push us on anything but was actually super compromising to what we wanted, and most importantly he was honest and didn't try to BS us. Even Kareem, the owner, took time out to come and talk to us and make sure we were getting the best deal possible from him and his team. Everyone's auras were super positive and we received nothing but compassion and smiles from the entire team. We have never been to a better car dealership, and we will never go to another! We fully expect to go back in a year or so for our teenage son's first car! If you plan on buying a vehicle, definitely go to K&S, period!

People who I talked with, mostly Rudy & Arturo were honestly best customers service & made the whole car buying transition very easy & wasn’t there for long. Also got me into a better deal than my pre approval. Definitely would recommend family & friends to check them out if in the market to purchase a car. Only reason there wasn’t a 5 stars is being I always see room for improvement. It wouldn’t let me give 4.5 stars but they are top tier dealership I’ve been too.

Usually car buying is really stressful and I was really apprehensive to go through the process but wow was I proven wrong. The salesperson that helped me (Eric) was super friendly, not pushy, and very patient during the whole sales process, which took me a few visits before deciding on my favorite. Even with COVID 19 limiting the car shopping experience, Mark kept in contact, scheduled my test drive and worked hard to get me a great deal. Buying a car is not the easiest process, for me it is was very stressful…. After doing quite a bit of research I reluctantly went looking and started at K&S Auto Sales. I was expecting to be swarmed by sales people..this wasn’t the case. Adrian was the sales consultant that helped me. He listened to what I wanted in a car and suggested a few cars for me to test drive, cars that met my needs and was in my price range. After three test drives I knew right away which car I felt comfortable in…then came the buying process. My financial situation has been a work in process the last few years and I was newly “solo” in the buying process, so needless to say I was a little reluctant. Adrian not only went to bat for me but worked diligently to help me get the best deal. Adrian was so very patient and no matter how long it took he was kind, helpful and had such a great attitude. I left that day, in my new car feeling confident and happy. Two weeks later I had questions on my car…Adrian made himself available and took the time to answer my questions. Needless to say, I was so pleased I will always call upon Adrian and K&S Auto Sales when looking for my future cars. My car buying experience was really easy and I was extremely satisfied!

Terrible experience from the salesman with black glasses, white hair and beard (sorry about the vague description, he didn’t introduce himself). Please avoid this dealership at all cost. While being extremely rude and unprofessional, he lowballed me with an offer $10,000 lower than Carmax offer.

The only Alfa Romeo dealer in town! Rodolfo "Rudy" salesperson was knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the negotiating process seemless. Dealership is new and a great environment to choose the right Alfa. I turned in my Gullia lease for a Stelvio that is unique to my liking. Don't spend time looking at other dealerships in the LA area when you can get it in San Diego.

Had a great experience when I went to K&S. Everyone there is very nice and very helpful by making sure you are being helped. Adrain made sure that the car we were buying for my grandma was the one. He gives off a great vibe that makes you feel happy. Adrian is always there for you if you have any questions at all and makes you feel comfortable when it comes to making a purchase for a new car. He gave off the best energy I’ve received from anyone when making a sale.

I did a ton of research on the Alfa Romeo Stelvio. I own a detail company and have driven every kind of vehicle. Nothing drives like an Alfa. Josh was very patient with me. He worked with my rebuilding credit and helped me get the best deal between leasing and buying. I decided to purchase a certified pre owned Stelvio. I love it. I have never owned a black vehicle, but this volcano black is gorgeous. Very happy with my purchase.

Went to looks at a Mazda 3 hatchback on 1/30/21, they couldn’t find the keys or the vehicle at the lot ended up being in the body shop which is understandable. So looked at some Mazada 3 sedans, I was offered one of the sedans listed at 13333 for 12999 pretty good deal on a nice car. The issue came up in financing when they wanted to force a 1500 dollar GPS on me, so the 334$ discount became a 1166 up sell. They went on to show me some numbers along with a sob story about how they were taking a loss on the car. Not exactly sure how that had anything to do with the rest of the deal but after some back and forth they wouldn’t remove the 1500$ GPS charge. I ended up walking out on the deal and my car search continues. They have some very nice cars for “under market” price but what’s the point of they’re just gonna jack you up on the back end with a 1500$ GPS? If they are so adamant about selling GPS systems probably shouldn’t be in the car business.

I was recommended by a friend and I’m glad I took her suggestion. They have a lot of luxury vehicles with low miles and the specs I was looking for. I drove 3 hours to purchase a car from them. They were patient with my many inquiries and even indulged my “can I see them side by side” when I couldn’t decide between the two models. K and S were patient, informative but most of all treated me with kindness. I have newer credit and they got me financed on a beautiful Mercedes with very little down. While going through the entire purchase process which lasted two days, Eric and Arturo did their magic and provided me with the best financial outcome which was actually lower than what I said I could afford. These was no pressure on additional add-ons like I would always get at other car dealerships and I felt like I was dealing with a friend or family member rather than an actual salesperson.
