Never in my 10 years of having a bank account have i ever seen the unprofessionalism in the manager . The banker there Jessica is extremely rude and lies. I believe there is some fishy business going on here between the two and it’s very uncomfortable. Definitely closing my account Where are the black people here ? It seems they never last at this one bank but a WHITE PART TIME TELLER WAS JUST PROMOTED BEFORE THE BLACK FULL TIME TELLER WAS HERE LONGER

Just say no to surly, lying, offshore credit card customer service. Giving 1 star for the friendly local lady at my branch when I went to close my accounts.

It’s really sad when your with this bank for over six years and they charge u 2.00 dollars to get a money order sad you would think all the business of my family and friends they would do money orders for free if you bank there

The ATM is and has been broken for at least the last two months.

If you read the comments please believe them. I went in to open a new account I waited 15 no one greeted me. No one was busy with other people. It’s true the service here is poor.
