Absolutely worst bank I’ve ever seen ATMs constantly broken poorly staffed though busy hours and God forbid you have a problem because you will on eternal hold while waiting for their associates to get to you….. even then they pass the blame and accomplish nothing… Avoid this organisation at all cost…. Because if you don’t it will end up costing you in fees. They promise to make your day a fifth third better …. Have yet to see anything good from any of the locations in the Jacksonville market. Probably gotten too big to be any good for working men and women I’m not sure their is one employee who remembers who the boss is…… here’s a clue it’s the customer!!!!! 100 percent hate this bank!!!!!!!!

Worst experience. A star is too much for them. Zero-will to do their job. I visited the branch to open Premier checking account and they didn’t know how to get the code for the promotion from the website and told me to come back next time with the coupon code. I told them I could not find it on my online search. asked them to check their website - they could not find one. They said the customers bring the coupon code that is mailed to them. I am not an existing customer and there is no way that the bank mail to my home address. Then they said call customer service- I answered them I have already tried to call them to open account via phone but there was no way for me to get to the customer representative as bank account is required to be connected to an agent. Then they go ‘Come back next time with your coupon. Also as you are not citizen and the process will take long’. - which has not been true with my banking experiences with 4 different banks. They were very rude and all they did was to count the time to go home. Summary: they do know what they are doing, rude and discriminative.

I arrived at the branch at 4:28. Waited 4--5 minutes to be waited on. Then was told that they would not do wire transfers after 4:30 pm. Pretty disappointed in the lack of customer service or empathy. I will not return to this branch.

I want to share my experience with my personal banker Angela. She not only always has a smile on her face and greets me warmly, she goes above and beyond no matter the issue at hand. My boyfriend and I went to this bank to inquire about a mortgage loan for our first home. I had heard good things about how helpful the bank was. We chose to go to this branch and try to sit down with a rep. We couldn’t even get in the door! Metal detectors do not bother me and do not inconvenience me but when the doors to the building are locked and there is no one manning the detector and the red light keeps beeping it is frustrating. What made it even worse is the woman working there stayed behind the counter and yelled across the bank instead of walking over, and tried to yell for me to put my keys and phone and contents of my purse on a tiny tray on the wall. I decided to turn around and leave after 5 minutes of going through that. It was embarrassing and i felt like i was being treated like a criminal and I had not even made it inside. I am so frustrated that they treat people that way and I am sorry for their loss of our business.
