Extraco Banks | Georgetown Williams Dr, Georgetown

When I requested an appointment at the Georgetown Bank, I was immediately contacted by Hilary Nunn, who gave several solutions that would accomplish what I needed to do. Upon arriving at the bank, she already had the documents prepared for signature. We found Hilary to be very professional, organized, efficient, and personable. She makes banking at the Georgetown branch an outstanding experience.

After my briefcase with financial information was stolen, Hillary Nunn of the Georgetown branch, stepped up and secured my accounts quickly and thoroughly. Hillary’s energy and diligence saved me thousands $$. I am very grateful for Hillary’s and Extraco Bank’s professionalism!

Avoid the Georgetown branch of this bank at all costs. I was a highly loyal customer for 9 years. I moved a loan to another bank where the loan officer did business with me, and this bank president in Georgetown cut off my line of credit and charged me fees on my checking account that they had never charged me before. Highly unethical business practices.

This bank is just inconvenient. They have monthly fees and this particular location which is the closest to Austin has no card machine so you have to get a card mailed out unless you want to go to Temple, TX. I finally received a card in the mail and they tell you that the pin code you previously used doesn't work and they send the new one in the mail. It's been two weeks and I still haven't been able to pay a bill with my bank. Talk about inconvenience.

Far and away the most unprofessional, rudest banking staff I have ever encountered. Run, don't walk from this banking institution.

We came in to get access to an online account and make changes to an existing account. Hillary explained everything to us and was able to help us get back onto the account quickly and efficiently. She answered all of our questions as well. We have done business with the Killeen branch, but Georgetown is closer to us. We will be coming back to this branch if we need assistance again. First I want to give kudos to Jo the branch manager. She helped me with some paperwork on my 90 year old mother's accounts. She was very accommodating and helpful. The people at the branch are very nice and hardworking. The 4 star rating is for them. However Extraco policies receive a 1 star. It should not take 3 days for the law department to look over a POA. I understand the need but when you can go into another main bank and they get back within the hour. I won't even go into it taking 3 weeks for the Temple bank for me to simply become a signer on my mom's account to pay bills. People were disorganized and rude at the Temple location.

Hillary at the Georgetown location went above & beyond to help me when my account was compromised! I’m very grateful they were able to do this for me on a Sat morning!!! The Belton location was also involved & the get an A+++ rating as well

I've been with Extraco Bank for over 20 years. I've always received great customer service.
