This pawn shop is on it. They do good business and I only use them when I'm either looking for something or need to pawn something. I ONLY deal with these guys. The People aren't like strangers and they try and get you where you need to be. Thanks guys I will be back. Easiest thing I did all day was come here

Georgetown, Texas. Laid-back atmosphere. They aren't like Cash America where they try to get you in and out really fast and they're rude. These guys are awesome. Prices are fair, and the guys make it a pleasant experience. The service is par excellence. I would recommend this pawnshop to anyone looking to get a fair deal, and also be treated like an important part of the staff's day. Today’s update 10/02/2020. I needed a new computer to replace my old workhorse-(I write novels)- so I stopped in. As usual, Kiefer went out of his way to cut me a great deal on a Surface Go. My budget is limited, but he really worked me an awesome deal. I’m extremely happy and I am glad he’s there. Before you go pay outrageous prices elsewhere, go here and shop. You just might find what you’re looking for at a killer price.

Its a great place to do business. Chris and all the folks are just great. They never fail to meet and go beyond my expectations. And I actually enjoy being in the store beyond just taking care of my accounts. The atmosphere is pleasant and all the folks are pleasant to do business with. This reflects well on the manager, Chris who not only is a good manager but wont hesitate to throw in and help when needed. Ive enjoyed my experiences there and will tell others about National Pawn.

I been doing business here for years, I have been buying from Ray my favorite pawn shop salesman for years now. He's sold me everything from silver/gold to firearms. Always gives me a good deal and always keeps it real. Fair prices on loans as well. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I have been a customer and never had any problems. Today, spoke with “Johnny” and he was the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken with. In the middle of speaking with him, he words out “oh my god!” In annoyance and quickly hung up with me. Totally unprofessional person and I will never forget this experience. I will be coming in this week and paying off my loan for good and will NEVER use National Pawn - Georgetown again! Everyone else in this store has always been professional, but All it takes is one bad experience and this was it for me.

My husband and I came into National Pawn and Jewelry (Georgetown, TX) today looking for something very specific. The employees greeted us immediately upon arriving inside their store, and were very friendly and helpful. They had a good selection of products and tools for sale and we were able to find what we wanted. Johnny waited on us and checked us out and even helped us out to our vehicle. This was very much appreciated since it is 32* today with sleet and my husband and I are both senior citizens. We highly recommend this store and would not hesitate to make another purchase! I came in and Rey took very good care of me. He was fast and got me what I believe my item was really worth. He made the process easy and was very friendly. I’d definitely make this my first stop for all my pawn needs.

Friendly staff and Greeeeat prices.. everything is neat, clean and organized you don’t feel like you’re at a swap and shop or like you’ll catch a staph infection if you touch anything. I love to purchase slightly used designer bags, some are brand new and they are authentic and clean... can’t say it enough CLEAN!!!! Their electronics work and you can get warranties on them

Love this store! I always try to fit this into my Georgetown shopping! Staff is awesome and there are always new treasures in the jewelry case. I’ve purchased several rings here, most recently a wonderful gold wedding band, and I can’t wait to see what I find next in their nice inventory.

I have been using National Pawn & Jewelry for a year now and they are the best. Not once have I ever been dissatisfied. They are the most friendliest and extremely helpful team I have come across. I appreciate everyone that works there!

I love this place! They are always so super helpful and nice, and they have always worked with me on anything I need or any of my items. Kiefer has been so great at helping me out, even when he’s off the clock! And Veronica always calls me on anything important. They have definitely gotten me through so tough times! Mr. Alan was amazing he really took the time to help me make my choice with my firearm. He taught me things I didn’t know and helped guide me to the choice that was best suited for me! He’s very educated and dedicated! I Will definitely be back to buy more from him!

Stopped by to wheel and deal on a tool set and was quickly welcomed with a smile(I could tell despite the mask). Not expecting to receive a loan for very much-considering the abundance of tools that are available, I was pleasantly surprised when Jerry agreed to my initial request without hesitation. The process was quick as no finagling was necessary, and the lighthearted conversation was appreciated. The amount of customer service that I was shown is a rarity sometimes and I wanted to praise him for his kindness.

What a GREAT experience. Cleanest, friendliest and most accommodating Pawnshop that I've ever Shopped in. The staff went out of their way to take care of my needs. Got a loan for twice the amount that other shops had offered me for my items. Bought several items at a great value. Put a 65 inch tv in layaway and purchased their amazing product insurance policy called the smart plan to protect my investment. Amazing experience. Can't imagine shopping anywhere else..... :)

Friendly service and feel it when come in door. Not serious business-like attitude where you're treated like a number... I get enough of that with the VA. Known Kiefer (Don't know if I spelled it right) from previous location and his attitude, friendliness, and willingness to help is what has me bringing my business to him now. The man speaks way better Spanish than me too! Haha

These guys will take care of you if you take care of them. They are super helpful and you can tell they enjoy there job. The best pawn shop I’ve been to ever.

Every time i have been to National pawn and jewelry, which has been alot, the staff are all very welcoming and very helpful. My husband has bought several beautiul pieces of jewelry at very good prices. He has also bought guitars, a drum set, several tools, lawn equipment and various other items and we have not ever been disappointed with anything we have gotten from national pawn. Also, from time to time, i have needed some cash and we trust national pawn with anything we have taken to national pawn to barrow money against and we have always gotten a more than fair price! So they are trust worthy, they are more than fair and they have treated us with kindness and respect every time we have been there for whatever reason, either to buy or get a loan or just to look around. I would definitely recommend national pawn to everyone!

First time there! Never had good feelings about the businesses! My mind has changed!! They were cordial and very respectful! Explaining the process of buying and loaning! I’ve had many items in storage over the years usually letting them go to goodwill type places not understanding the value of my own items!! Glad I ventured in and because of this store now have a new comfort zone about “these places” 😂🙂
