Esquire Title Services Inc Town Center Dr, Orange City

1st of all their system was hacked 2 weeks after my closing. I wasn't notified until 2 months later. My social security number was compromised which created a nightmare for me and they offered no solution. 2nd they screwed up my deed which has now cist me 50% of my homestead exemption for the year. They were told in closing and did nothing to correct and I did not know until filing for my exemption. They were Ryde, the person doing my closing had no idea what she was doing. Unfortunately I didn't choose this company the seller did. Be wary

I had an amazing experience with the ladies at Esquire!!! From Kathy at the front desk who is so nice and on the ball to Pam, the closing officer, who asked us for our signature so many times I felt famous. They were professional yet had a comfortable neighborliness that made us feel like we were all friends. Lynn, the closing officer, was absolutely amazing. We had a hiccup in the process since my purchase through Esquire was contingent on a sale through another title company. Lynn jumped through every hoop she could find and contacted every piece of the puzzle that she could get a hold of to make everything happen for me before 5pm on a Friday. I was handed my keys at about 5:10 thanks to these ladies. We can not thank Esquire enough for everything they did for us. They were also a pleasure to work with following up to the closing day. I will be recommending them any chance i get and will use them if possible in the future.

If I could give a negative review. I would. This title company is only interested in getting a piece of the pie. Me & my husband purchased 5 acres of vacant land and they did our title work for us. 6 months later we put it up for sale and 2 days before closing a "cloud" appears on the title. We pay the title company to give us a clean title and now we are unable to sell. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!
