Initially went into Value Pawn to sell one item. Mel was extremely helpful in explaining the process and ended up selling my TV to them and will be coming back to by a Nintendo Switch the next time one is in stock. Very reasonable in negotiations and helpful in getting the deal done. 5 stars

I just left Value Pawn OR3 2304 S. FRENCH AVE ,SANFORD FLORIDA THE LADY NAME JANET, HER HOSPITALITY WAS FULL OF CONCERN FOR MY NEED IN FINDING MY ACCOUNT FOR THE RING I HAD PAWNED,, CAUSE WHEN I CALLED THE MAN COULDN'T FIND IT, BUT SHE HAD PATIENCE IN WITH ME AND MY ATTITUDE. SHE MADE ME FEEL SPECIAL AND SHE CALMED ME DOWN WITH HER SMILING AT ME AND TELLING ME SHE WILL FIND MY RING. I LIKED HER SPIRIT, SHE NEEDS TO BE manager in trading. She's awesome

This is a really good and helpful pawn shop!!! Hector and Janet helped me out with all my purchases and made everything real smooth! I deff recommend this pawn shop.

We used to shop here a lot until we bought what looked like a nice ring until we got it home and really checked it out we realized it was rolled gold plated from Thailand. We tried to return it and after the guy took it in the back and kept us waiting for 20 minutes comes back and denies it being fake and gives us the run around about getting a refund. So we finally take it back again after they say the manager is in the hospital and they give us a hard time again. This time they lie to their district manager and say we wanted to return it because it was scratched. We will never buy from here again.

Janet, Mel, Hct, Jordan appreciate all the love and the good vibes y’all give me every time I come in there love the service and the respect level is phenomenal outside of the fact of me coming in to pawn items I always get a good laugh and leave out with a good uplifting feeling is never a down feeling when I come in. If I was a supervisor or the owner I will give them all raises Jess on the strength of their customer skills and their respect level and the good energy and vibe they give off.

Great experience with Jeremy and Mel! They were super friendly and helpful with purchasing a GoPro and Tv. I would not recommend working with Hector

Hector was completely rude. Had some scrap gold to sell-- Hector kept waving his hands around saying "How much do you want? I need a number." Well, Hector, so do I. How much does it weigh, and what are you currently paying for gold weight in x-karat??? It doesn't apply-- "how much do I want?" I could say any number, but its worth what its worth! Needless to say, I left. They couldn't answer a simple question about what they offer for gold weight. After I did the math according to their offer, it was just a very small fraction of gold value. No thanks... Super condescending, and odd behavior. Went just across the street to Cash America and Chris offered double. Terrible experience. Don't go here.

Value Pawn is awesome. You feel appreciated as a customer the moment you walk through the door. Hector was great and compassionate about his job. He really helped me out. I will definitely return.

Wow had an amazing experience thanks to representative Mel whom immediately addressed us happily and made us feel welcome! She was very helpful during our shopping experience and even offered us the Valued Jewelry program so we could upgrade our purchase later on! She is a great leader as she gave a shout out to her coworker Jordan as a great employee!

Jeremy and Jordon excellent customer service from both. Store clean organized workers where present good communication skills from both work. Interaction between customers great acknowledge they had customers in the store time spent w/ customers on point took care of customers first. Good Job fellas. Very poorly run had to pawn a bow two years ago went in on a due date paid on it. November went back first week of December to pick up they told me it was sold somebody made a mistake but I lost my bow 2 years later I find it in there just a bow strings broke cables broke they want $175 for bow that's worth 50 if that tried talking to the lady behind the counter and she was rolling her eyes at me so I put the bow back on the shelf and walked out they lost my business

Sanford Value Pawn is definitely the place to go for all your pawn/ bargain needs. Not only do you get the most for your pawn they have great deals on everything you can think of. The best part is their customer service. No Mather what they always have a smile on their face and greet you soon as you walk in the door. Before you leave you’ve had a nice convo and for everything you needed and more. Sanford Value Pawn should be a model store for the rest. The value pawn in Orange City is 5 minutes from me and I drive the extra 20 minutes just because each time I went to that location in Orange City customer service was poor and I got double the amount for my pawn or sale in Sanford. Moral of the story Sanford location really cares about their customers. Not just receiving a paycheck. Hector and Mel always give a great, efficient and quick experience.

I purchased a lot from this Value Pawn because they carry a lot of photography equipment. This location is very clean and the have more than the pawn stop across the street. The pricing is always better as well. I like to deal with one Sales Associate, Mel. She is very kind; professional and knowledgeable on the camera equipment. I only deal with her because of her knowledge on products. Customer service is everything to me and that is why I always come back.
