A very welcoming environment, everyone was so very friendly, with smiling faces. Great customer service, and it’s always a pleasant experience when I go to the Clio location. Thank you for helping me with making it easy initiating smooth transactions when doing business there.

Always fast friendly service. I live 30 minutes away from the nearest branch and still choose to stay with ELGA Montrose and will continue to do so. When ever I'm in need of a loan I always contact Jessi, she always helps with the best solution for my situation

This branch is wonderful but the problem is most things have to go through their main office. You are not allowed to call the branch everything goes through their call center. My experience is I called on Dec 22 because I am locked out of my accounts because I forgot my password. (they forced me to change it awhile ago and I am not good at remembering things and I refuse to wright down a bank password). I called the call center on Dec 22, I waited on hold as I went through the automated phone system for over 10 min. I finally got a very nice lady but she could not help me with my commercial account and there was no one available at that time that could. She took my phone and email and promised that by the end of business on the next day someone would contact me. Well Dec 23 came and has gone and no contact. So I call one Dec 24 at 10 am in morning and now NO ONE will answer on the call center its closed for the Christmas. The credit union is open but I also have plans for today and do not have the time to drive the 20 min each way and then wait in line to possibly be told no one is available at their main office to help me.

Love my bank ELGA . I love the ppl who are always courteous pleasant. Beautiful atmosphere.

Great Customer Service when visiting any branches or Main Office. Also has about the worst Telephone Support. Not that you don't get good service once you get to talk to someone but you will be on hold waiting to talk to someone a long time. And it is not because of Covid as hold times years before Covid they have had long hold times.

I have been banking with them for years. The Burton call center which handles all the loans are RUDE. It use too be a great credit union when they first opened. Gave personal service to all the members and very caring. Can't say this anymore about Elga Credit Union. Very unhappy with them now

I have been through alot since my father's passing and Elga has done everything above and beyond to help me through this! There was a team of people willing to help with anything they could.

My husband and I have been banking at the Vienna Rd branch Clio. MI. And have nothing but good things to say about them they have given us the best customer service and been not only caring but helped us through a most difficult time we can not say enough good things.

They were incredibly kind and helpful when I came in with my new husband!
