Chase Bank W Vienna Rd, Clio

I made an appointment to open up an account with Holly and arrive 10 mins before my appointment to then wait till time of appointment and be told that she was going to be a half hr or more till she could see me. What's the point of making an appointment if they can't keep it or why not call and let the customer know before they come in. This I'd extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

This is bank is terrible. Krista the "manager" is useless and so is Leslie the banker. Bank elsewhere!

My husband and I went to the Clio Chase Bank to get a cashiers check yesterday and had a few questions/concerns about the process. Mellissa N. was our teller and she was so helpful and made sure that we understood our options and the entire process. 5 stars to you Mellissa, thank you for your help and kindness, it is greatly appreciated.

Went to my local branch to find out why I never got my gift cards from the points I redeemed. Was told to call the number on the back of the card. Called the number after being on hold for over 30 minutes and being transferred to different departments to end in being disconnected. After the 4 time the person said they would like to help but their computer is updating and I needed to call back again. I'm closing the account very disappointed.

This chase is lit up well at night. Feels like a safe place to deposit or pull cash at midnight.

I want to give a shout-out! to this Bank for doing their job right, & Always going the extra mile for their customers. Extra thank you to branch manager Krista & coworker Sandy for being the hard working women you two are, & thanks for all of your help along the way.

Love my bank! Best service at I have ever experienced at a bank! I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Hollie, she was very sweet and helpful!! I felt like I had a lot of questions and she did not seem bothered at all, she was very eager to assist me. There needs to be more employees like this that are pleasant and actually takes the time with customers to help!!

The ATM outside is down more often then it works. Also there has been a halogen light flashing in the front parking lot for a year. The staff is nice and the ATM inside works but if you try to get money after business hours you're out of luck and there's a good chance you'll have an epileptic seizure from the strobe light out front.

I have had nothing but EXCELLENT service with all of the employees working at Chase Bank in Clio,MI. I would recommend them to anyone I know. They are VERY HELPFUL and VERY FRIENDLY in person and over the phone. On a scale from 1 to 10, I give them a 10+
