Huntington Bank W Vienna Rd, Clio

We just moved here from traverse city/Kingsley Michigan area. And the Hudington here In town is a bit disappointing. The front desk staff is great. But the management could use some work. While their front desk are working their tushes off, the management just sits in the back and chit chats about life. Comes off very unprofessionally, especially compared to what we are used to! Mega yikes. Seeing all the other reviews though let’s my family know this is probably the norm unfortunately, so we need to adjust our expectations accordingly or switch banks.

The simpliest of services take forever ..a withdrawal, deposit, name it. The clerks are frequently distracted and leave the counter multiple times to help what few other employees are there. Long lines, horribly long lines at times. Pack a lunch if you need more than one task done.

Always seemed to be short staffed. 20 minute wait minimum and outside atm usually never has money for withdrawals.

By far the worst Huntington I've been too!! Very unprofessional, and rude! Management is nowhere to be found causing tellers to think they are the boss when they don't even know what their doing. Closing all 3accounts and will not be returning

The location is great and the bank as a whole is better. I’ve been with Huntington for 3 years now and happen to be quite young turning 21 soon. They don’t talk down to me, are always helpful and very respectful of my wishes. I never want to use another bank.

The only bank that only has ONE teller working every single day and ALWAYS a huge line of customers waiting. Why hasn’t this branch been closed yet is beyond me, or why haven’t they hired any new people it makes no sense at all

There is always a line, the people in offices can’t seem to help a drowning teller with a line of people, and the tellers always seem inconvenienced by the smallest tasks.

Well so far it's ok. When they were located in Mount Morris it was terrible. Every time I went in there were 12 or more people waiting in line for most of the time one teller.. only seen 2 tellers twice working at the same time.. It was always a 30 min wait at the least. The staff who worked there were always pleasant & friendly. Overall just need to speed it up. No reason to wait more then 10 minutes.

The huntington that was in Meijer in Birch Run was bad and this location isn't any better. Minimum 30min wait. It shouldn't take 30-45min to make a withdrawal.

Terrible bank manager! Been banking for 16 years with the "same" bank (although it changed hands from Citizens, to First Merit and now Huntington). The manager acted as though the improper re-structuring of my business account as a personal account by Huntington bank when it changed hands was my error and the bank FROZE MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT! KIDNAPPED MY FUNDS AND HELD THEM HOSTAGE WITH ZERO WARNING! HUGE MESS FOR MY LAW PRACTICE! Manager was provided my contact details and yet I received no email, snail mail or phone call to indicate it would be frozen...and I was in the process of attempting to provide information they lost in transition on my business for authentication purposes....even though I have had and used the business account for my law firm for 16+ years at the same bank! DO NOT USE HUNTINGTON!
