Liberty Tax W Vienna St, Clio

This was my first time visiting Liberty Tax as I previously did my taxes myself. I had an amazing experience! Tiffany was excellent! She truly knows what she’s doing and I would have surely missed out on extra money had I completely my taxes on my own again. She was very quick and efficient, answered all my questions, and worked hard to get me the highest return possible. It’s also worth mentioning that it was a very welcoming atmosphere. Give this place a try!! You won’t regret it!

Liberty tax on Clio Michigan is the only place you should go to get your taxes done! I’m self employed and my return can get pretty complicated. They always take great care of me here and I’ve never had any issues with my taxes after filing. The owners and staff are so friendly and accommodating. Don’t waste your time anywhere else!

I just have to start off by saying that all the staff at Liberty tax in Clio are wonderful and great and always willing to answer any and every question you may have. This is my second year having my taxes done by Tiffany and she never fails to surprise me with more money than I was expecting. I always do my taxes with TurboTax just to get an estimate of what I may be getting back for a refund and it always seems to be far less than what Tiffany can get back for me as a refund and I'm sure it's safe to say that she does the same with every client that walks through the door they just don't know it. Having your taxes done by Tiffany is just like anguaranteed investment you're always guaranteed more money than you put in regardless of the fact if you have to pay into taxes because the credits that she will find and do for you just lowers the amount that you have to pay in. And if you can't pay for your appointment that same day she will work with you. Currently I live in East Lansing which is just short of an hour drive to my hometown of Clio and regardless how far away I decide to move I will always try and make it Tiffany is the only one that is to ever fund. Tiffany Trinity does go out of her way to make sure that every client that walks in the door gets the most out of their tax year and is more than willing to break down and explain what all the numbers mean that way when you're walking out you have a clear understanding of your refund what you put in and or why you'll be paying Uncle Sam this tax year and well more than likely advise you how to either pay less or have him pay you!

Very professional, down to earth, and all around they are all friendly amazing people. They are super efficient and fast with filing you refund and they are affordable! Much better than prices I was paying years ago. They do have coffee, water and cookies for those who come. (a nice welcoming snack) They provide calls for an appt. Reminders and follow ups. That's huge. They make sure to truly take care of each and every customer. They care and I wouldn't dare to go anywhere else!
