Genisys Credit Union Smith St, Clio

I always enjoy doing my banking at the Clio branch. I get expert service for my lending needs and great rates. Every person working there gives great personal customer service. I have been a customer since 2017.

100% would recommend Genisys Credit Union to anyone. Very helpful and kind staff as well as easy to use personal banking options. Will never use another bank.

I stopped by this branch after I had heard that credit unions are a great option for loans and my husband and I were in need of an auto loan. I met with Chris and she was extremely helpful in getting us set up to be credit union members and getting us pre-approved for an auto loan. Even though our search for the right car took much longer than we expected, Chris and every other person I spoke with at the Clio branch were very patient and helpful with any questions I had along the way. We finally found a car and went to Genisys today to sign our paperwork with Susan. She stayed late to help up complete everything and was very gracious when I was super disorganized with the paperwork I was supposed to bring! I really appreciate all the help I've received from the staff at the Clio branch through the stressful process of buying a car!

I've been a customer since about 2015 and I have always had great customer service from them and they have been great with getting loans as well. My only problem with them has been the mobile app but they just updated it recently and it's definitely a whole lot better. Would reccrecom them to anyone .

We had multiple problems.. they do have rude associates, and they charged me money when it was a personal check, they won't pick up their phone and when I applied for a special loan they had me on hold for 2 hours then hung up in my face then they made me wait for them to call me back and never did .. I left voicemails and no return call.. I wouldn't recommend here..

I just want to share a horrible thing I seem on your business. Last I knew this was America and people could dress as they please? So when your employees make comments to other employees about how a woman a was dressed. I'm not the only customer that heard it. We approached her outside because she was crying.. She overheard the comments so she left. She was trying op a new account . I'm sure she won't be back because of they way she was treated. If I ever hear something like that agsin. I will say something very loud about how disrespected it is. We all have freedom of speech and I will use it. One upset customer and Veteran

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS CREDIT UNION Overdraft fees are unavoidable, they wont excuse them, and theres no way to make them stop. Nothing like stealing from the poor amiright?

Despite being under 3 different names in the last few years, most staff have been there for a very long time and are friendly and quick. Usually a wait for the membership assistance gals, but routine tasks are pretty quick. We've been members for 13 years with very few complaints.

Sandy is the best! She is always so kind and patient! Wouldn’t go to anyone else!

On hold with main # over an hour.....Tried another number...They will call me back....NOW ON HOLD AGAIN.... 30 minutes .....
