I received a very sketchy text from someone associated with A.C.E - I declined the offer and was still harassed - IF you CHOOSE to decline their bogus offer, that should be the end of it. This proves to be a very shady business and not customer oriented.

Elizabeth Hang was great! She got me in touch with Melissa at Chuck Nash Chevrolet and I got an appointment right away to meet with her. Elizabeth was very nice and friendly and followed up with me very quickly. Melissa,my salesperson, and John, my finance person at Chuck Nash were super sweet and nice and had me in my new car in 24 hours. I actually got approved in 1 hour but went back the next day to pick up my car...amazing!!! I was treated like I was a very important person there and nobody judged me. I am so grateful to Auto Credit Express!

I have to say without a doubt that Auto Credit Express is amazing along with the my application processor Meghan. I did a search online about how someone with past credit issues could buy a car without having to use a buy here pay here auto lot. I came across a page that recommended Auto Credit Express, of course I was not very sure about using them. I went ahead and filled out the application with no exceptions of hearing from anyone let alone getting assistance with getting a car, boy was I wrong. I received a call the very next morning from Meghan. She told me that she could help me get a car. She set up an appointment for me with Anderson Ford in Cleveland Texas. I went into the dealership yesterday at 12noon. I really did not have high hopes of walking out of there with a car. With my past credit issues and with the fact that I did not have any money to put down for a down payment. I really expected it to be a waste of time for me and the dealership and for that matter Meghan. The sales person that I worked with was Tristin and the loan manger Angela. I could not have asked for two better people. The worked for hours with me trying to get me the best possible deal that they could. I have to say there time and hard work sure paid off. I walked out of there with no money down and a new car. I would without a doubt recommend Auto Credit Express to anyone. This company is wonderful. I truly believe this is the best place to use if you have credit issues. They work for you with the dealership so that they are already aware of what your issues are before you even arrive to begin the process. All I can say it that I'm amazed that today I have a new car. I thought that this was something that I was out of my reach..I would highly recommend this company to anyone with no reservations. Thank you again Auto Credit Express!!!

I was down and out about my previous car transmission going out in a moments notice. I was searching the web and came across the buying a car with bad credit website. My credit isn't horrible, but it could be much better than what it is. I filled in the questionnaire and received an email from Thomas Schiedel whom was extremely pleasant, directed me to Richardson Suzuki in Indiana. There I was greeted and treated with excellent service by both Leon Ruiz the Sales Consultant and Russell Howard the Finance Manager. This was by far the most superb and the shortest experience I've encountered in purchasing a vehicle. I'm extremely impressed with the year, make, and model I was provided. Everything went so smoothly, I was amazed with my service from start to finish. I will recommend this site to all my family and friends who are in need of a new vehicle! Thank you so much!!

Alright, car buyers, let's narrow down what Auto Credit Express does with your credit information! 1. If they told you it would "soft pull" your credit and you signed, Congratulations! You just agreed to let up to 5 dealerships pull your credit, therefore up to 5 hard pulls, and each dealership can have as many as 10 different lenders, so if all dealerships have 10 lenders, there's 50 hard pulls, all of which drop you credit score up to 20 points per pull. 2. You may be under the impression that you will/are approved for little to no money down, which is why you want to work with them, but in all actuality, all they do is tell you that, since the car dealership paid for these leads, and then the dealership won't approve you for $0 down, you're looking at maybe $800+ down. But now you're invested, so you want to entertain the idea of that, but it doesn't work on the vehicle you want, the vehicle you want requires $2000 down. Now you have at least one hard inquiry on your credit, wasted time for yourself, and the salesman, and you can't afford the car you want, so you have to settle for a car you hate, but ACE doesn't care, they've already made the money. 3. They are not giving you loans. They are SELLING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION to dealerships. The email you get saying you were approved through whatever dealership as long as you call them, is scripted email that is sent before the dealership even gets the lead, and now you're excited cause you were approved for $0 down, until the dealership tells you that the lender can't approve it. For the people purchasing vehicles and looking to do it with an application through ACE, DO NOT DO IT! Your credit will suffer. You time will be wasted. They will tell you whatever they need to so that they can get money from the dealerships. If you're working with challenged credit, go directly to the dealerships that specialize in that. They are more willing to sell you a car. ACE just wants money from the car dealerships by lying to them and the people who are going to them for help.

Auto Credit Express (Nicole Slaght) made me getting a new car so simple!!! I filled out the online app and was called/emailed almost immediately!!! Nicole handled setting up an appointment with a dealership that deal with people who can't get approved any where else. Now I am getting a 2011 Dodge Caliber car AND my husband is getting a 2006 Dodge Ram!! When we got to the dealership, everything had already been approved all we had to do was pick out our cars. Thank you Nicole for having such wonderful customer service and getting me in a car so quickly! I will recommend your site to EVERYONE!!!!!!

OUTSTANDING company, I just moved to Maryland and did not know where to go to see if I could qualify, I tried one dealer and they were only interested in a $400 monthly payment. Time was running out and I found AUTO CREDIT EXPRESS on the internet, applied over the weekend and was impressed with their automated response system, due to it being after hours. They continued to send emails which let me know to stop looking, even after I could speak with a representative on Monday, Elizabeth Hang sent reminder and follow up emails adding a personal touch. It took 3 hours for me to obtain a vehicle, the dealership was HASSLE FREE and willing to meet my needs. I have already shared my experience with several potential buyers and will recommend this company to anyone who needs help. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

I HIGHLY recommend this company if you need assistance with buying a car with bad credit! I needed a car very badly and never thought I would get approved for one due to poor credit. I found this website, and decided to give it a try. Within an hour of submitting my application I received a call from a dealership, and after speaking to them and submitting my paystubs I was told to come down to the dealership and look at a car. A few hours later I went and looked at a brand new Jeep Patriot, that I was already approved for! Test drove it and fell in love with it, signed some papers and drove off the lot in a brand new vehicle! Something I thought would be years down the line! This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had and I am so thankful for this company! Thank you!!!!

After collecting and sharing all of your personal info with who knows how many car dealerships, they make you choose from a list of their cars. Why am I not allowed to pick my own? I already had one in mind, I'm just trying to get a loan. The application asked if I was going to have a co-signer, and then before I can even give them a name I am bombarded with a mandatory list of cars to look through and "request information from the dealer." I don't want any of these cars. I just wasted my time, and now my credit is going to hurt because of the inevitable inquiries to come, further ruining my chances of ever owning a vehicle. Thank you, Auto Credit Express for effectively ruining my day with your tricky scam, and thank you Credit Karma for leading me to this "lender."

I used Auto Credit Express this week when I was upset and running out of options with an old leased vehicle that was about to be turned in. Frantically one night, I filled out the form online, and the next morning at 8am, Nicole Chevalier called to tell me about a dealership that was interested in me. Once we talked, she set up an appointment with me that same day at one of the friendliest dealerships I have ever walked into. She was very helpful on the phone and 100% guaranteed me that I would be happy and approved somewhere. I ended up buying a car that same day, and I absolutley LOVE it. Thanks to Nicole and Auto Credit Express!!!

I have poor credit due to medical debt, and when I filled out an application inquiring about a loan, I didn’t expect to even be approved, much less be driving away in my perfect vehicle that very evening. Almost as soon as I filled out my application, Deborah Waltz called me immediately and set up an appointment at a dealership that evening 5 blocks from my house, Kia of Santa Rosa. The salesman, Chad Corser, was hugely helpful. As soon as I mentioned I was interested in a Subaru, he lit up and said he had the perfect car for me. Exactly what I was looking for and right in my price range. He worked with me to find a way to be sure to get the loan approved. They also bought my old car, which I thought was completely worthless, but I ended up saving $500 off of the loan for it, and that was was a great surprise! Fantastic service from all involved parties.

I want to thank all the people at Auto Credit Express especially Megan Chevalier, for her help in not only getting me a car but a car that I am very proud to own. I was shopping for a car with good miles and newer was a plus, she told me which dealership to go to and who to talk to. After being turned down the day before and that morning from a dealership that advertised as "Dealer for the people." So I went to the appointment with my head down and ready for more rejection, I was surprised. I got a 2010 Dodge Challenger with a signature loan. They are great and I would recommend them to any and everyone who is looking for a car.

I would give them a zero but it won't let me. First off, they do not Finance Vehicles whatsoever I have already done my research on them and am going to report them to BBB. Second of all, they only collect your personal information and sell it to the nearest bidder, third of all, good luck ever trying to call them hahaha, I called a few times wondering how they got my information and every person I've talked to either couldn't understand English or does not understand their job description. It is strictly a scam call center be forewarned. I personally have not been scammed by them but I am just trying to help the next person because they definitely tried scamming me twice. And to top it off nice business Personnel you have there, I simply to say no thank you kindly and this is what your scam artists have to say?

Friendly service great prices easy had trouble credit and they got my approved in no time and monthly payments where good they are amazing got to talk to Leslie

Total scam. This is NOT for a loan at all. They just sell your information to various marketing companies. I’ve been getting spam calls non stop now from different dealerships, credit.com, insurance companies, etc. The giveaway was when they redirect you to several different websites to sign up for additional services during the application process. I’m really surprised the BBB hasn’t done something to downgrade their grade yet. This is literally just a marketing website that gets paid to redirect you and doesn’t do what they advertise whatsoever.

I was very sceptically BUT I received an email from them within a few minutes of applying and received a phone call the next morning ( I applied online late at night) giving me the name and number of Melissa and even setting up an appointment time for me to meet with Melissa at Chuck Nash in San Marcos. It was a great experience all the way around. Melissa and John ( at dealership) were amazing, worked with me and had a better, nice, newer car than I have ever owned before! I wont lie to you- yes my payment is a little higher than I could get if my credit were good, also you are a more limited with what may work for your situation- but I ended up with an almost brand new car with almost no miles- I love it! They were super nice and no judging at all. I am very happy I gave them a shot.

This place is absolutely horrible. They lie through their teeth with every word spoken just about, their office employees need a major attitude adjustment and a beginner’s course in customer service. BEWARE! Especially with the covid effecting everyone right now it’s worth pointing out that they might tell you that they won’t repossess your car until you fall three months behind (which is what we were told) but my husband and I fell two months behind recently, (by 2 months I mean we were 5 days past the 2nd payment) and they repossessed my car at 6:30am on a Saturday. Luckily we got it back that following Monday but the whole entire process was shady. Now we have a repo on our record with no mention that we made good on our payments too I might add. They never called to try to work it out with us even though they claim they did. Which there’s really no excuse for because they had multiple email addresses, phone numbers etc. to attempt to reach us. The repo guy who showed up on my door were straight up liars! They told me I wouldn’t have to travel far to get my car and yet I ended up having to drive over 2 hours OUT OF STATE to retrieve it! They barely answered any of my questions and the “business card“ they gave me was nothing but a blank piece of paper with a random phone number on it. No name and a fake address. I feel lucky we were able to get my car back at all because we only had 4 payments left at the time and they could have a pretty penny at auction. BUT Hallelujah! I finally paid off my car yesterday and it was the worst experience with them yet. I simply had a couple concerns and questions regarding my car loan, the deed of my car, and about certain things that happened in the past throughout the loan period. I had questions about what happened during the repossession since I never dealt with them personally. It was always my husband who had talk to them throughout that whole process and I picked up the car. I made my last two payments over the phone and once the final payment was through, it was as if a different person got on the phone. The woman was nasty! (For lack of a better adjective) She actually ended up hanging up on me after saying “well you had a loan that you owe’d money on. I really don’t know what else you expect me to say” CLICK! And that was said with far less attitude then the rest of the conversation had gone from the time my payment was in, until she rudely hung up on me. But, what should I expect!? They have no more use for us now that we have paid them every overpriced cent possible. Before you go with this place consider something… My husband and I had poor credit which is why we ended up going here at the time we purchased our USED car. We bought a 2010 Toyota Camry in 2016. Very basic. Nothing special. The car was in decent shape and had about 100,000 miles on it. Our payment has been just shy of $430 a month for the past 4 years! The car was sold to us for around $14,000 and as of yesterday after we made our final payment, including interest, we ended up paying almost $21,000 for a car that’s not worth even half that. I’m grateful my car has ran this whole time without any major problems (knock on wood) but I could be driving a BMW or an Audi for that price! I understand that because our credit wasn’t great we had to pay for that. But we were stuck between a rock and a hard place. We had a one-year-old, jobs, bills to pay, and no car. We had to get one. It’s a simple matter of taking advantage of people in terrible situations. There’s absolutely no reason why dealerships need to up charge the people who really can’t afford it but have no other option. If I had to go through all of this again, knowing what I know now, I would absolutely have searched for a better deal at many other places before deciding which one to go with. Good luck if your already stuck dealing with these people!

The service was awesome! When I called, Wilma was with another customer, so a lady name Turquoise Bain assisted me in the process. She did a wonderful job and explained the steps I needed to take, to include the information I needed to bring with me to the dealership. She followed up with an e-mail of our conversation and the instructions were very clear and thorough. For my next loan (if needed), I will definitely contact this company. I was driving in my new car a few hours later. Thank you all again for this service.

This is a scam, don't give them your information. The engine blew on my car so I was researching financing options so I could buy a new one. My credit is not great due to having a stroke, at a young age, about 3 years ago. I went through the process and gave them my information. Then they tried to sell me my credit report which I declined, then they tried to sell me car insurance which I have. After I declined it kicked me out and started sending me emails for other sales offers. When I tried to contact them about my request, they tried to get me to apply again, when I explained to her that I already gave that and just wanted a status she disconnect the chat app. Don't waste your time or your personal information here.

Just when we thought we would never be able to rebuild our credit, I tried Auto Credit. I received a reply directly from a car dealer within 24 hours. It was great to be treated with respect. We found a vehicle within our budget and payment plan and not pushed into something we could not afford. Now we are on our way to rebuilding our credit and the proud new owners of a 2006 Ford Explorer. Corry Chrysler of Pa. thank you so much. I will be back for our "new vehicle".

I love love love this company !! This was my first time actually getting a car on my own. The customer service was awesome. They didn't just pressure me into getting a car but helped me find a car that was right for me. In just a few days I was signing the papers and driving my 2010 chevy impala ! Good prices and they actually explained to me everything which gave me more understanding of what I was getting for my money and what I was paying for. I am pleased with everything so I definitely will recommend people to go to Auto Credit.

They pre-approved me for a certain amount and when I got to the dealer they said I was there a total of about 15 min a d drove 80 miles to be turned down. I have tried since and was told I was approved and to go to the website so when I get there I get another application. What's up with that?

I was really skeptical about using a service like this, but what did I really have to lose, just a little time I suppose. After filling out the online app I got a reply for Nicole Chevalier. She assured me I was a candidate for a vehicle. Shortly afterward she informed me that a local dealership that deals with special financing can help me out, now this is where I got really skeptical; only because I’ve heard that been, there before, what the heck let’s see what’s the worse can happen. I brought all the paper work we had talked about on the phone. I got to the dealership about 6:00pm there I was greeted by several sales people who were all waiting outside eagerly waiting to help potential customers. My sales person at the dealership was Ryan Prince; I told him I was there to see other associate that I had a meeting with. He gathered up all my paper work took a few more information and started the process. Not to make a very long story the help there was not going to let me leave without making the best deal they could due to my condition and credit history which is not perfect by a long shot. Nonetheless I was able to leave the dealership at 8:00pm in a 2011 Dodge Avenger with no money down. I was very pleased. Ryan, Jason and Richy over at Summit Place Kia Waterford Michigan were very helpful in make a deal happen for me. My only concern even though they did have a decent selection of used cars, I wish they had more; perhaps they did at one point and the cars are flying of the lot. Bottom line I’m very pleased Thank you Nicole and Summit Place Kia Waterford!

Excellent customer service. Great recommendations. Honestly thought this was a scam/spam email, followed up email with a phone call and spoke to an agent, they put me in touch with a dealership about ten miles from my house, purchased a 2014 ford with only 6 miles on it that day. My credit isnt good, much less great. They found me a lender that i put less than a 1000 down and drove away that afternoon. Thank You Auto Credit Express.

Melody at Auto Credit Express did an awesome job putting me in contact with a dealer who not only helped me with financing, but was able to get me a rate lower than I expected. The process was quick (less than a few days) and easy. Thank you to Melody, Auto Credit Express and everyone at Chuck Nash Auto. Especially Stephan who understood what I was looking for and at what price I was willing to accept. Ray
