Manuel is a professional teller and very friendly, I always wait for him when I go to the Bank, I feel very comfortable, he is the best, also Arelyn is another excellent teller, she is wonderful friendly and professional, I recommend them both strongly, 😊

I have to go to this branch regularly for cash withdraws (previous issues with debt card). The lines are only really bad during Friday's and around holidays, just like any other bank. The staff is always friendly, personable and professional.

The manager could have helped me with fees, but chose not too. So, they kept the fees, but lost a long time customer with a checking and a money market account. Those accounts will be closed, as soon as, I cancel my direct deposits.

Branch does not follow confidential shredding procedure. My debit card was disposed off before providing me with my new debit card. Machine jammed and was told to drive to another location. Very inconvenient.

There were people still in line at 5:02 when I arrived to make a deposit and Maria said "no more customers we are closed." I asked please its just a deposit and again Maria said "no more customers we are closed". Sadly its a long weekend so no money until Tuesday. Thanks Desert Financial.

Even though I tried to open an account online, I was denied because you could verify my SSN. After calling, I set up an appointment for Monday, October 4th. Upon arriving at the DFCU Branch location I was greeted with friendliness. Maria was able to complete the account opening. My special thanks to Maria for answering all of my questions. A big plus was the fact that the debit card was made and given to me right there. I will be telling all of my friends and family. Great Job, DFCU.

Tried to make a deposit on ssturday, got there at 5:01 and asked if i could please make a deposit. But got told no, everything was shut down, while they were still helping people. There was only one other person in line.

There is no surprise this branch only has a 3 star rating and declining the branch manage Veronica Grijalva not sure how she obtained that position but I brought in a $20 bill that was damaged literally only 10% missing the rest was basically a crisp bill went to trade it in as it is posted online and the branch manager refused to do anything I was abruptly cut off and told they don’t do share branching ( my account is with credit union west ) I went to chase down the road whom I also don’t have an account with and they just traded out the bill wth is wrong with that picture one of the supposed larger and customer oriented credit unions in Arizona can’t do what chase can and only took 15 min I’m sure she didn’t want to get up off her chair it was probably real comfortable and who cares if customers are happy obviously not her I mean look at the rating

Great tellers always asking and giving us options for financial needs sometimes pushy but no biggy
