Love this store. I was in before Mother's Day &, purchased a very nice piece of jewelry for my daughter. Desiree was very helpful in helping me with my purchase, very awesome young lady. Very knowledgeable, & answered all my questions.... Thank you so much Desiree...

I have never done a review before but this experience was just terrible. Desiree is disrespectful and has attitude towards customers and her employees. I went in to get help and she right away gave me attitude. In the short time of me being in there the way she is to her employees is also disrespectful. Im sure I’m not the only one who has had this experience with her. I even told her I would be doing a review. To me it’s seems like her employees just follow what she says as she been there the “longest”. The way she manages the amount you get shouldn’t be in her control.

Ashley and Desiree were AWESOME. Service was fast and the entire crew was honest helpful and attentive! I Highly recommend this place of business.

Not one to post reviews but this was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with an employee Desiree was irritated with me when I said I wanted to get my gun out of pawn was muttering to her self that today would be a gun day Yada Yada has no customer service most awkward hour and a half of my life everytime Desiree said one of her snappy comments her coworkers gave me a look of despiration Desiree if your reading this you shouldn't work with customers extremely unpleasant with no respect for the consumer or staff I am a manager myself with 10 employees and if any of them were to perform like that they would no longer be working for me kindness and respect is free

The big guy Bo was awesome great customer service will return we left your store happy!

Garrett has one of the best customer service. Very helpful. Helped me find what I needed. Did not BS on pricing. Was very straight forward.

Super Unprofessional Worker A Lady with Red Hair would not provide me with any customer service 10 minutes before closing the store and locking the door leaving me outside during operation business hours will not coming back spend money.

Came into the store today to pawn my firearm. Medasia helped my was not able to offer the original amount I needed but she offered to ask Bo the mgr to help. He approved it! I am a happy camper. 100% satisfied customer.

I came into the store looking to sell a brand new Miny desktop that I got from work overstocck and Ashleigh gave me more than I expected for it. Super fair, ethical and good looking staff. I'll be back in the future for sure

Since the store closed at 31ave in Phoenix I’ve been going to the store on 51Ave. I’m very pleased with the service. The employees are very professional and speak to you when you enter the store. The employee who stands out for me is Desiree. She has helped me several times and has been very pleasant and helpful. I miss the other store but I will continue to my business here. Sharon Rhone

Came in today as a last minute thing my tv went out on me out of no where.. Bo came up and was super friendly asked me what I was looking for and found me exactly what I wanted!Service with a smile!

Pathetic excuse for a pawn shop , tell you over the phone that , no problem bring it in. Once there they tell me we're not pawning bikes . If they can't figure out what there pawning then say so . Also had an item switched while in pawn but luckily my name was on the item. The one they tried to give me in place was old and worn out . When I pointed it out including pictures, they refused to acknowledge it. Don't use this pawn there crooked as hell

The lady I met she literally shooked her head Before I even got to the desk to show the stuff that I have to pawn and said those are to much and to heavy for me.

I have only done business with this pawnshop one time before my most recent visit, which unfortunately will also be my last. I took an engine hoist to sale because I have been struggling financially and I was told by a female employee to come back tomorrow anytime from open to close 7pm and see the male manager name pronounced Bow (Sp?) And I was told they would BUY it. I held up my end and showed up at 6pm the next day with the expectation of selling my engine hoist and I spoke with Bow. He asked what I was looking to get for it and because I was desperate for money I said anything I could get due to the fact that my fuel light was on and I needed gas. I told him I was there the day before and that they told me they would purchase it but he had to be there to carry the item inside since it was quite large. So Bow and I walked out to my vehicle to look at it which I had already shown the other worker the day before and was told they would buy it after looking at it) and he told me that he was going to pass because he had trouble selling them in the past and he said some other stuff that I didn't even bother listening to because quite frankly, it was of no good use to me and was more of a waste of my time. So I DO NOT recommend this pawn shop and I give it the rating accordingly because I wasted gas I couldn't afford to waste on the notion they would purchase my engine hoist, which they did not. I will not ever go back to this pawn shop to sale them anything or to even purchase anything from them not even if they have a going out of business sale or any other discount for that matter. But this was my personal experience, hopefully it doesnt happen to anyone else, but I wouldnt bet on this pawn shop coming through...but that's just me. You might (and I hope you do) have a better experience. To make my experience worse, I ran out of gas after leaving the this place...
