    I am working as a Property Manager for KeyStorage. We are using this bank for many years. I did a big deposit today - it was no problem. But I need to exchange big bills to be able provide a good customer service for my customers and no one help me… I spent 20 minutes standing in line to exchange $100 bill for smaller bills but teller Jacky refused to exchange because I did not provide account number!!! When I tried to speak with a manager - she said “just a minute “ and left…. Looks like we can just deposit money with no problem, but if we need something else - very BAD!!! customer service!!!!

    Do not go to any Bank of America! I opened an account there for the sole purpose of a Direct deposit. They received a deposit and then proceeded to close my account. Then they told me I cannot access my money and they will send me a check in two weeks. This is fraud, this is robbery they accepted my money and will not give it to me! Not to mention I had to wait over an hour and a half on a lunch break to be told I can’t have my own money.

    Avoid this Bank location if you don't want to West your time. Last time I went to this location and asked to join my Wife's account with mine and the rude Manager said they can't. She said I need to make an appointment for that and another time I asked to get 8k from my money but they said they can give me only 5k. every time they denied my services I was going to 43rd and McDowell and get everything I needed.

    Why has this place been closed during business hours and no explanation given. Literally no notes or anything and has been closed for quite some time now. Not sure why but it’s wrong it’s showing open when it’s actually closed.

    So I just wait almost 1 hour with my 6 months old baby daughter. I went to cash my check because I work week days 6am until 5pm and, on weeks days they open at 10am until 4pm so I don’t have any time of the day to go. I received my check on Friday and I went on Saturday to cash it and I wasn’t able to cash it just because I don’t have enough money in my account. So how I’m going to fit my baby, what does she’s going to eat? I might have to ask a friend for money because BANK OF AMERICA wasn’t able to give me my money. I have 5 years with this bank and nothing like this happen before, they’ve been making changes to be everyday worst for customers like me. I’m very disappointed with you guys.

    Monica has really bad customer service. Never smiles, I was reading some reviews of her and they are all bad. Bank of America I think it’s time to fire her. She makes this company look really bad this is not the first time a have a bad experience with her.

    This establishment is unsafe at certain hours. The parking lot was not safe at 0930. Morning time, the same time families are out in public. I noticed a security guard typing on his phone. I confronted the security guard for ignoring the security risks. The security guard was more concerned with his cell phone. The security guard never asked me to leave. The security guard went inside and called the cops on me. I respectfully left without the cooperation of the security guard. Bank of America management was involved but never even spoke to me “account holder.” Ultimately a concerned citizen and account holder “myself” was forced to leave over the lack of security for the general public. Not only will I never return but I will be switching financial institutions. If the manager or owner wants to rectify this situation. My name is Jason Wateland and you have my information on file.     I really love banking at this bank location. They closed another location at the Fry's on 83rd and Indian School. Now this bank has an overflow of traffic and are understaffed. You think the "top dogs" at Bank of America would be smart enough to know that this would happen...right? "They" probably just don't care about it's customers or employees....😕😕😕😕😭😭😭😭😭😭 01-15-19 I recently revisited this same establishment and I have to be honest. There is a real noticeable effort by the branch as a whole to improve the experience of it's customers. I was in and out. Although there was a small line, it moved pretty smoothly. I know that there was a period of chaos at one time, as i mentioned prior. and I sincerely feel that Bank of America is on it's way to have very satisfied customers. The bank's actions show that they care about their customers.😀😀😀

    They are a little understaffed but they are doing their best to get everyone taken care of you just might have to wait so plan your visit ahead of time if you can.

    I used the drive up ATM around 10pm on a Sunday night to make a withdrawal and the most it would allow was $40. Anything over, it said the machine was unable to process my request. I needed $150, so I decided I would just do 4 transactions. I wound up withdrawing $160 in ONE DOLLAR BILLS. I've never even heard of an ATM giving anything smaller than a ten, but this one distributes nothing but singles, and no more than 40 at a time. So if you're on your way to a strip club or if you're having a yard sale and forgot to get small bills for change, this is the ATM for you. It's the drive up machine all the way to the right. I'm not sure about the other machines, but the people using them were taking the same amount, if not more, time, and pushing as many buttons as I did, so if I had to guess, I'd say they got all singles as well, so if you go theres make sure you have a big enough purse.

    First time there and worst experience ever! Will never complain about Wells Fargo wait time again!! Got there at 2pm, only one teller open!! Waited 1.5 hours just for a cashier's check. When I get to the window they tell me they need to verify my signature and transferred me to a Banker... 45 more minutes!! Left bank at 430pm, almost when they closing. Will never come back again! I actually closed my account since this bank has no good service to offer; they charge you a maintenance fee and it takes a minimum of 2 hours just to make a deposit. Im glad I ended business with them!

    The worst, honestly no help or patience. Just drive out of your way if you have to, just to avoid this location. I went in to cash a check & the clerk said “I can’t” when I asked why she said “I’m not able to say why” uhhhh okayyyyy. I went to another location right after leaving this one & cashed my check with no problem. It was weird. I don’t know if she just didn’t feel like helping me for whatever reason or if she was just lazy. If you don’t like your job, pick another job!
