Service has always been great. I have gone two times and all of the young ladies that have helped me have always been polite and they always welcome you in even if they are if a customer. Definitely going back when I need extra cash.

I had called customer service to see if I could get approved for another loan because I had already finished my last one. When I called them they approved me but I needed to take new information . When I went back into the store on 51st and Indian school they didn't want to help us. All they did was give us excuses. I had already spoke to someone on the phone that approved us & the second time I went in they said our account was frozen and we couldn't get another loan. They could have just been honest with us the first time instead of wasting our times and giving us hopes that we could get another loan and at the end telling us we couldn't. So unprofessional with the two employees that work there. They were communicating with each other under their teeth and seem like they didn't want to help us from the begging when we got our first loan.

Both ladies (Genesis and Vianey) were very helpful as soon as I came in - great customer service and will help you in any way.

This is my second time getting a loan from here, the people here are really nice, great customer service. They have helped me out from a tough situation. I really recommend it to everyone. Very clean and safe area genesis is a very helpful person

Genesis and her staff make applying for a loan so easy and quick. Within 30 minutes we had an answer and a check. They also do offer 2 convenient methods to receive your loan...check or prepaid card.

I've been a long time customer of oportun ever since I got my first loan before then I would go to other lenders like speedy cash and other registration loans/title loans. come to find out oportuns rates are 4 times lower and has helps build my credit. Thank you! In the plus side the customer service at this location is great and and staff is really kind and helpful.

Why have two employees and only one working? Genesis was the one working and there other girl was just there. She had a line and the girl didnt even bother to help her. I was there for 33 min, i was timing her since i was on my lunch. The most i have waited before was 15 min because the original two girls work together this girl today 8/22 was just there doing nothing.

Store manager was such a great help , explained everything we needed too know for being our first time. Great service.
