I have been a member since 2006, this year was the first time I used their car shopping services. I was reached by Dario and he was extremely professional and got me the car I had been wanting. I was extremely happy with the service, I never had to visit the dealer. Dario put me in touch with Ernesto who did all the financial part via the phone and explained everything thoroughly. My vehicle was delivered to my home and I have never had a better experience buying a car. I still can’t believe I didn’t use this service before. Dario was awesome!!!!

Today was awesome. I purchased a 2022 XT6 through the Dade County Credit Union. I was assisted by Mr. Dario. He was professional and informative. He got everything done and processed with no hesitation. He made sure I was taken care of. The process was through their DADS program. I recommend Dario and the Dade County Credit Union if you are buying a new car.

As a county employee and law enforcement officer I have been with DCFCU for over 6yrs and have never had a problem until now. I have recently acquired an auto loan and the process was easy, but when they transferred me to the Dade Auto Desk to help me look for a car it became very unpleasant. Chris my representative never contacted me. I called numerous times and was never contacted back. D.A.D is making a time in my life where I’m supposed to be happy very miserable for me and I wish I have never applied for the loan. Thanks for nothing Chris.

I spoke to one of Miami Dade Federal Credit Union's associates on their chat feature to ask if I would be able to open an account as I recently moved backed to Miami Beach (I was previously a resident from 2006 until 2011 and my family has owned our condo since 1996, my father has lived here since 2005). I moved back down here a couple months ago and have not been able to schedule an appointment at the DMV until early May. I was told that I would be able to open an account and went to the DCFCU headquarters today, only to be told that I would not be able to open an account. I'm not overly upset since I understand their reasoning, but none the less, to be told I can open the account and to waste 2 hours of my day is extremely frustrating. At this point I may or may not decide to open account with DCFCU as I am going to consider other banking options in the area.

Dario provided Grade A service from beginning to end. He had great communication and customer service. I first reached out to him late October for general information on the Dade Auto Desk (D.A.D) Program. He shared his contact information for me to reach out for additional questions. After a few weeks, I was ready to start the process with DCFCU. He recommended that I work with Loan department to get an approval. This approval took no time. Right after, Dario took less than 2 days to start sending me car deals fitting my needs from our discussion. I was able to purchase my brand car 3 days after getting the approval. I contacted DCFCU to purchase a new car. Kris was very helpful and walked me through the dilemma of buying an electric car or a gas powered car. After many discussions I decided to go with a gas car because the Chevy Bolt EUV had a recall for battery fires. The loan process went seamlessly and minutes after finishing the paperwork by docu sign our new car was delivered to our driveway. Such an easy transaction at a great price.
