Couldn’t have asked for a better place to do my first home loan. Hamilton took great care of me, they are wonderful human beings. Armando was my lender, he made my home buying experience so special. He took his time to help me understand everything and was a phone call away every time things got hard. He handled all the process like a professional. I felt that I was in the best hands through it all. This was my first time buying a house so I was very stressed out and had a lot of questions. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. let me tell you about our story so maybe it saves you time and MONEY. we started the whole process for a home loan earlier last year. When we filled out the application, they offered us a 2.6% internet rate. We signed the documents. They are supposed to reserve or hold that interest rate so you can have the same one when you finalize the purchase. ONE DAY BEFORE SIGNING they call us and apologizing that they "forgot" to lock in the rate so now it was 3.99%!!! One day before signing at 5pm!! We didn't have another option and with this market, we had to close the deal. We tried to reach out to the main office and received no assistance but a phone call from our "agent" yelling at us for trying to reach his supervisor for failing to follow a procedure. They also lost a lot of the documents we sent them and had to fax/email them multiple times. Do yourself a favor a go somewhere else. I cannot begin telling you how stressful the whole process was. And their interest rates are not competitive at all!

Mayte made the process very very smooth from beginning to end. She treated us and guided us as if we were family. I was super hesitant to buying a house because of all the horrible experiences I had heard. But with Mayte we felt so secure, I highly highly recommended her to anyone looking. And will be referring her to all my family and friends. Her and her team are the best!!! She will get it done no matter what! She is available all the time, truly best experience i have ever had!

I recommend HHL and give them the highest grade. The entire process was smooth, which is a lot to say during these challenging times. The whole process, from application to closure is very solid. They're strong communicators and highly responsive to any inquiry. Customer service is excellent. Something that we all know is very valuable now a days.
