This was my first none face-to-face experience with a mortgage company and Ricardo made is easy and smooth, actually smoother than all other mortgage applications I have made and closed, which has been 9 in my lifetime. I was working with Navy Federal Credit Union already trying to get a cash out refinance. I was never able to get in touch with my loan officer and got a mailer for Quality Mortgage Solutions. I decided to give them a call just to see what they could do. Navy Federal was telling me it would be 4-5 months to close. I locked in a better rate with Navy Federal but was willing to take a higher interest rate with QMS because I could call my loan officer, Gabriel Velazquez, anytime I wanted and he would answer. I closed in about a month. I got a great rate and had my questions answered in a timely fashion.

In July 2020, I applied for a refi on my principal FL property where my mortgage was held. After 6 months of totally frustrating incompetency from this bank. I decided to seek an alternate.
