We were having a difficult time qualifying for our brand new pre-construction home with our prior mortgage broker. We kept getting a run around and we weren't getting approved. The guy was very lazy and wasn't forthcoming so we started looking for another mortgage broker. My friend introduced me to Joel Gonzalez and from the first minute we spoke with him we knew we were in good company. We explained our situation to him, he was very attentive and had answers to all of our questions and concerns. He assured us that he could help us out and he did. I accidentally stumbled upon Mr. Joel Gonzalez of MOR Lending during the search for my home where my previous loan officer left me hanging and I ended up losing a deal on a home in a desirable location. When I began business with Joel based on a seller's recommendation I found a loan officer who properly knew what he was doing, was attentive and responsive, and also took the time to communicate with me every step along the process and explained every step we were at along the way. What a night and day difference it was to work with a great loan officer. I got pre-qualified quickly and my loan ready and was able to close on a beautiful property after. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy to do their business with him. When I'm back on the market I certainly will again.
