The Clerks were very good, nice, efficient, patient, understanding, professional. They helped me a lot with too many questions I went to the branch with. They showed me the whole process of how to use my MPSCU App, how to establish Zelle, and also gave me verbal instructions to send money from other affiliated branches. May God bless them for their great job

There thefts There not BBB Accredited D- rating I’ve been paying $742 a month for 7 months and my overall total never changed they refused my last payment because I was $10 short they won’t take Partial payment and asked for it in cash I mentioned that’s 🤨 Suspicious I’ve been paying with my account this whole time and not open on Saturdays so they repo my car

I spoke to Trenea from the Miami Gardens Branch and unlike previous experiences that I’ve had lately, she was very professional and knowledgeable. She did her best to address my needs and called me back every time I left her a message. This used to be such a good Credit Union but the past few years their customer service has gone down dramatically. Trenea reminded me of how this bank used to be when I first joined. Great job Trenea!

This bank have bad customer service. My son who is 20 years old with his 1st car. He missed two payments and they repo his car. He asked them can he pay what was due alone with late fee etc. They said he need to pay off the entire loan which is $15,000. During this pandemic and hard times they should have offered him more options to keep the car. Then their tow company Trophy Recovery wants him to pay to get his belongings out of the car . That’s a $110 bucks he lost his job after he caught covid now he just found another one. Stay away from this company!!

This has to be one of THE BEST CREDIT UNIONS I’ve ever been too! They approved me for for a used auto loan with a 5% rate without me having a co-signer and I’m only 20 years old! It was a super hot day but for some reason we aren’t allowed inside (maybe because of COVID—19) the office building but Andy and the loan officer Nelson were super efficient, helpful, positive-minded, and patient! I can’t wait to come back here for business purposes! I highly recommend MPS Credit Union to anyone around my age and also ask for Andy! Only deal with Andy!

Ulease is very efficient and thorough. She answered all of my questions but also kept the loan application process moving. The best part is that MPS matched a lower interest rate that I was approved for from a another bank that is not in Florida! This was a great experience.
