My dealing with them have been rough. I took out a loan to help with operating cost, that process was quick and easy and went very well , afterwards my business suffered a crippling incident ( Truck engine blew up) and I am temporarily out of business due to it. I've tried to make arrangements with them while my business recovers, my truck needs a engine rebuild and is in the process of getting that done, but while my truck is down I have no income and I had paid as much as I could. I've had to take a job to try to scrape by and i won't get my first check until the 27th of May and they won't give me that time to be able to pay them. Instead they're going to default my loan and place a ucc Lien on my bussiness. I'm willing to work with them, they're just not willing to work with me. My bussiness will be back up and running and I can make good on the loan. I keep trying to ask what I can do as I have no money at the moment to pay then with until I can get paid. " make a good faith payment." As if I haven't already made a good faith payments during this time including them drawing my bank account into the negative several times while trying to work something out. All I'm asking is to be given some time to recover.... and they just keep harrassing me. I get it... I took the loan, I agreed to pay it back and I will. Just be careful with your dealings with them and hopefully you won't end up in a similar situation.

Signed my approved MCA contract with them last Friday, and still not funded 6 days later and counting! Tried to contact them by phone and it just goes to a full voice mailbox each time. Tried email and was told to contact the broker I applied through which is Steady Capital Solutions. Having the same issue with them ghosting me and not responding to my messages or voice mail. Now I have a signed contract allowing Vader Mountain to hit my bank account for over 13K, and I have not received a single penny from them in funding. Very corrupt way of doing business!!!! Will be reporting both companies to BBB, and state/federal regulatory agencies!!!

Overall the process was very quick took one day in total, and funds were deposited end of day with low interest rates. Assuming every business is different I assume each loan is specified different, but they do offer an early pay off for my loan with refinance. My broker got it done, and I'm satisfied personally with the outcome.

Look else where to more personal people if you need funding. People aren't contracts Vader Mountain, we have real stories, families, real problems and real opportunities.
